Battery Park Development

After working on these condos and seeing what others have had to fix, as well as what still needs done, seeing the many flaws in materials chosen and design.. I would not buy one of these in a million years! They are overpriced, which sucks for those that have already invested. They have more issues than the New York Times.. you just can't see them all and most people aren't knowledgeable enough to know better. The pros: They look good and it's a lovely neighborhood. Most people around are friendly and a very dog friendly community. If you intend to buy here, make sure you have a dang good home inspector that you can trust and check the rooftop decks.. the drainage is terrible and putting the deck on the roof (some are on 1st floor roofs).. terrible idea!

This development is beautiful! The houses and common areas are very nice, and the location is great in terms of everything you can walk to. Rooftop decks are sooooo cool and great for entertaining friends and family! The price of entry, whether renting or buying a place, isn't cheap, especially when you compare it to the older up/down homes that surround the development. Some might consider the development overpriced, which is why I've only given it four stars.

Just went to Terrestrial Brewery. Cool place. Good beer choices. Great service!!! Dog friendly inside and out.

Please save yourself and do not move into the Battery Park Lofts. Unless you want only 5 minutes of hot water and a crazy electricity bill because of the cold air coming in through the windows... & it doesn't stop there. Only gave it 1 star because it made me.

Beautiful complex so close to the beach! Brings out the best in the neighborhood
