10 Stars! I wish I could rate this review higher. Our experience with the clinic has been fabulous. The pre-intake staff helped advocate to get our family member accepted as a patient. They helped convince the less experienced staff at our local hospital to make the timely transfer. Our family member got the care needed and the health management throughout the stay was excellent - Doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, and everyone. Highly recommend starting here or transferring here.

I cannot say enough positive about Cleveland Clinic. I have been taking my sister there for over five years for cancer treatment, and I receive services for heart issues. Our doctors are excellent! The other professionals and support staff are typically very good at what they do. The organization is run like well-oiled machine. I stayed recently in the heart step down unit and my stay was excellent. They also have helped my sister afford her treatment for multipe myeloma which is extremely expensive and not fully covered by her private insurance. We feel so blessed to live in the area of Cleveland clinic. Both of us highly recommend Cleveland clinic to anyone needed excellent medical care.

Please stop mailing asking for donations and 4 Christmas cards. After Drs ignored and missed tumors I am not the same person. Noone cared I was in hospital so many times in you could have helped me sooner. I'm sorry to post this but it's the truth. Patients deserve better we trusted you. If only 1 Dr helped sooner 4 years of begging for help is not fair. Ask me in person why ombudsman didn't care it's not what I deserved I was always nice to all staff

Absolutely massive hospital! They have care for everything. I am so glad there are many maps and directions throughout this hospital because it would be so easy to get lost if not. The doctors and nurses are super helpful and they seem to really care about what you have to say and how you feel. The wait for bloodwork was super quick, about 3 minutes total. Unfortunately I need to come back from another state in a couple weeks for more tests because of how booked they are that is the only downside of the whole Clinic but overall. They found that I have a rare condition that my local hospital should have found with all the tests they ran, but somehow they didn't. It took the Cleveland Clinic ONE TEST, JUST ONE to diagnose and find my problem. Now I am able to get surgery to help. I am so thankful for the doctors and nurses at this clinic. It has been a fantastic experience going here and I am so glad I walked away with answers because of them. 11/0 experience so far at the Cleveland Clinic! If you need care, I recommend them!

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the Cleveland Clinic pediatric staff for their outstanding care during our recent visit. Every single time we come, the experience is nothing but amazing — the staff is always so helpful, caring, and compassionate. From the doctors to the nurses and sitters, each person has been a true blessing. If there’s any way for them to be recognized for their dedication, it would be well-deserved. Over the years, our visits to the hospital have consistently been positive, and it’s clear that management prioritizes patients and families, creating an uplifting environment that makes a real difference. As a care giver to an autistic brother you guys have done everything to help us thank you for making a difference in our lives.

Majority of the doctors and nurses are great. It is the billing department that is the failure. You are not allowed to pay what you can afford. The billing department dictates the set amount. The only explanation their employee gives you is that, this is all our system allows to give you and they cannot give you lower payment. When you ask to speak or ask a supervisor for assistance, nothing changes. Why do other hospitals give you BETTER pay options and the Cleveland Clinic does not? Payment plans must be negotiable. Hospitals are expected to work with patients to establish a manageable payment plan. If it was not for their billing department I would give a better rating.

I just want to say what a fantastic experience I had with my mom in the ER yesterday at Cleveland Clinic. As usual, everyone was beyond nice but Dr. Steven Dorsey went over and above. My mom is 84 years old and has a complex medical history. He addressed all of our questions and took amazing care of her. He even brought a computer in and showed us the CT pictures after getting us coffee! I’ve never had a doctor be so kind. We will never go to another hospital. Thank you so very much Dr. Dorsey.
