If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Worker was very rude and said they was closed when it was someone in the store and still had 2 hrs before said closing time
My experience with MetroPCS was very nice and respective. Any questions about the phone I got for my granddaughter wasn't just a sale for money or I'll put it best said they took their time to explain not only to me about the phone, but express the concerns to my granddaughter in which she's 9yrs old. ..Now that I greatly appreciated most. .thank you. The sales person that I dealt with was acting shady the whole time, super secretive wouldn't show me line items, I specifically asked him not to add insurance got home he added it anyway. Terrible business practices. I won't be going back.

This location was in a very bad part of Cleveland. I had to wait a hour to get waited on. The employee working had poor customer service skills. However, he was cordial towards me.
