NAPA Auto Parts

I recently purchased a car battery from NAPA and was surprised to learn, that unlike other auto parts outlets, NAPA doesn't install batteries. Apparently, during my online browsing, I missed the distinction between NAPA Auto Service and NAPA Auto Parts. Despite having the knowledge and skill to do the job, due to a respitory disability I needed assistance. I was in a bind and didn't know where to turn. When the sales associate understood my dilema, he agreed to install the battery. Thus, he prevented a seemingly small problem from becoming a major hurdle. I didn't notice a name tag, so, I must give the whole staff of the NAPA store at 2180 Brookpark Road a big THANK YOU and a well deserved five stars. ☆☆☆☆☆

So far much better than AutoZone. I drive older vehicles.. I went in 3-4 times trying to get the right brake calipers. Nick @ NAPA behind the counter looked up the numbers on it & found my older part right off The bat. Should have my parts in 2 days.

My car started smoking and thankfully I just happen to be in the parking lot where this NAPA is located. Had no idea what I needed and thankfully they were able to help me out and get me moving! Not only did one of them come out to my car to see what was going on, but realizing it was an easy fix, he actually fixed it for me! I was having a horrible day to begin with, and then my car started smoking.....so I can't even begin to explain how grateful I was for such amazing and above and beyond service!

NAPA Auto Parts has great cordial staff and good rates. I bought new wiper blades for my car and Nick was nice enough to help me get the best deal and also helped me place the wipers. Will definitely visit again for any other auto equipment! Highly recommend

Great experience, Bill was the guy that helped me out. I would say he spent at least 45 minutes researching fittings and parts I can retrofit for my 94 e150 cooling and heating system. Very professional, and he is honestly the best example of customer care and hard work and dedication. Because of Bill I will shop NAPA more often!!!!!

Out of all the part store NAPA was the only ones that could actually help..not even a dealership was able too. I have a Chevy Tahoe and my rear heater/ac line broke, it was a push on quick connect 3/4". The problem was that I was unable to find a part for it. The dealer discontinued the part. It is the heater hose that is attached to the front and runs all the way to the rear and pressure line to boot, with a 3/4" quick connect to rear heat/ac. I went too four auto part places and no one was able to help me. Then the dealership suggests I go too Napa. So I went and explained what Was going on and what I needed. To my surprise they had a 3/4" by 3/4" quick connect. All I had to do was push the new part on and cut the pressure fitting off. Then put the pressure hose clamp on (also got at NAPA) pushed the hose on the other end of the quick connect tightened the clamp and BAM!!!!!! It fix the problematic issues that I was having and going through. They say NAPA know how......they are correct THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP NAPA TEAM!!!! (2002 TAHOE)
