I went today Darren was wonderful. He wa patient and multi tasking working with me and other customers Yall need more workers he was holding the fort down alone. I enjoyed the service he tested my check engine and compressor! Thee best service

The guys were really friendly. I purchased headlight light bulbs and they was nice enough to show me how to install them after I asked him to teach me. So far Oreilly has become my favorite auto part store and my first choice. Thank you for your kindness, it really made my day!

Had parts that other places like autozone didn't have.

It's was amazing helping me pick the right parts for my vehicle.

The so called store manager with a bald head was very unprofessional to me. I stopped in the store around 12:58pm and asked the male manager about a fuse for my car, He never welcomed me to the store and never once moved to help me find what I was looking for. Around 1:05pm I returned to the store to ask who is the corporate manager and the so called store manager never opened his mouth to give me the information. I will never ever support this store again. And I will never refer anyone to this unprofessional store again. This is a mess starting off my new year with a a worker who is only in management for the money

Over the years employees at the store parked in "handicapped parking". This morn in heavy rain,peddled up there on my bike and they were closed during regular business hours. Employees do not care to show up for work on time. This has happened before. Poorly managed,no more "Bad service"for me!

Store manager rahull is very rude Store employee Brandon sold parts he pocked the money and was FIRED for that , I went to get new brakes (on my warranty) and was told my warranty would not be honored due to a previous employee scamming customers and keeping the money I brought complaint to management and was totally accused of not purchasing I was told at the time of purchase that the receipt machine was down and that I had to pay cash, They found out what he was doing fired him and refused to honor my warranty now I’m without brakes and emotionally going thru it ,all this happened right after me having a stroke and being released from hospital no respect for customers I wouldn’t want this to happen to another soul.
