Rock-n-Roll City Harley-Davidson Was not what we expected. Just went in on a Sunday to look and came out owners of a 2025 Fatboy. Looking at the bikes, Chris even put another seat on the bike so I could see how the one I wanted would look. CJ gave us a good price on trade in. Russ educated us on parts that we can change on the bike to not compromise warranty. Of course Lauren was so helpful and friendly while I was stocking up on clothes. With customer service lacking these days and people not really caring about their job it was so impressive to see this not just with the sales man Chris , but the entire staff. Great customer service Can make or break a business. Thank you to all of you for making our experience with Rock-n-Roll City Harley-Davidson wonderful!! Great dealership... well staffed and busy.. looks great.. i don't ride but i travel the country quite often and the harley place is top on my list. I've acquired at least 30 T shirts all the coins from them and a number of hats...... keep up the great job you're doing... Cincinnati rocks for sure..seen the rock hall of fame yesterday and it was great,,,thanks a whole lot....hope to see y'all again someday....rock and roll lives on!!!

This the best Harley Davidson dealership/shop I have ever been in. The presence of the woman in this Harley Davidson store is amazing, Especially in a time so many Harley dealerships are shrinking the presence of women in their stores. this store is not doing that. The woman’s department is huge with great quality clothing and general merchandise. Their displays show the strength of a woman also. It is spacious and clean and every one there is friendly to the point you leave there feeling like you made friends. The woman’s department manager there (I am sorry I forgot her name) was exceptional, she is a definite huge asset to this company. Plan a trip here folks because it is worth it….my beautiful dog Eddy trying on doggie helmets….isn’t he adorable?

I went to get my bike serviced and came out with a brand new trike, I always wanted one and this one is is a Pearl..the staff is very very friendly, I felt like I'm home, it's where everyone knows your name..made me feel as i belong here.. Thanks again guys...

Had a fantastic experience at this dealership today. Fast, efficient, friendly staff who treat you like family. I've purchased over 20 motorcycles and by far this place was the best despite buying the cheapest new motorcycle they had. Moreso they won my wife over, which in itself is a great move for me. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nate and Mel for a terrific experience.

It's been 20 years but I'm finally back on a bike again and she's wonderful. I wanted a couple of changes made and Stephanie Schmidt the parts manager was so excellent in knowing what I needed and worked with Russ litke who worked hard to find just the right part. They were so helpful and so is the rest of the people it Rock and roll City Harley-Davidson! After I get my solo sheet and drag bars she is going to be perfect. Thanks again Stephanie and Russ
