Jerry Sanchez, the Mobile Expert at Store 2SOA, Steelyard Commons, in Cleveland, Ohio, is absolutely the best tech support I've encountered in years. He has an excellent way of explaining how the newer phone works, gets your phone and paired devices working flawlessly, and is incredibly patient in answering questions. He transferred all of my data from my old phone to my new one and verified that everything was working on the new phone. I would highly recommend Jerry Sanchez and this particular store for your mobile phone needs. UPDATE: Given that I haven't had a new phone for five years, technology has changed significantly. Mr. Sanchez took additional time to explain the various features of my new phone so I could maximize functionality and ease of use. Once again, he was incredibly patient and an exceptional teacher guiding me on how to use the advanced features on my phone. Many thanks, Mr. Sanchez. T-Mobile is fortunate to have an exceptional mobile expert. I will certainly visit this location again for all of my mobile phone needs.

I lost my phone about a week ago, and I'd been putting off getting a new one because I thought it would be a big hassle. I couldn't have been more wrong, because Aaron at the Steelyard T-Mobile was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made getting my new phone and setting everything up a breeze! And while I didn't directly interact with the other representatives, I could see that they were very attentive and helpful to the other customers in the store as well. I don't often write reviews, but I needed to give Aaron and this store the credit that they deserve!

Brian Ross is a beast, I was having issues with my phone screen and he was able to help me set up a new phone under warranty. He is very knowledgeable and worked quickly to solve the issue. He was also able to get my iPad set up with cellar data service which I didn’t know I was paying for. I will definitely be coming back to purchase future phones from Brian. The store is renovated with air conditioning and comfortable seating witch is an added plus

Im very upset with tmobile but Brian/bryan sorry not sure spelling at the steelyard location helped turn things around. I was very close to leaving this carrier but afyer visiting the store and seeing him go above and beyond yo help me and actually understanding my frustrations and not just responding through scripted responses in a chat. He himself tried to explain to customer care what i tried and couldnt get anywhere even tho they had all the information they needed and even admited they blocked my IMEI number "POSSIBLY ACCIDENTALLY". He problem solved and i left satisfied after coming in highyly upset.

Trey assisted with our questions about i tarnation al calling plans and extra photo storage. He's a nice guy!

Please, terminate the employee this location has named Jerry. Worst customer care I've ever had with tmobile. They take their customers serious and qualify of care is something they WILL suspend and train you on. He was so rude and ran me around in circles on the prices of different phones. He didn't explain anything well or correct, if I'm right. And everytime he had the chance to take another customer while I'm trying to just get this done, he does and doesn't even look at me or tell me what's going on I couldn't believe this. This place had way too many people hanging around or just sitting having fun then it should have. I swear to you it looked like a new night club during opening hours before the crowd comes rough and drunk... Not a joke but I know it's funny. Jerry, please check yourself before you end up on the unemployment line (if you're lucky these days) that visit was pathetic. (Visited Saturday, 5/18/24 in the afternoon)
