Camping World RV Sales

Tried to purchase a class A at the end of June, agreed on price. Got 2 emails from them and then silence. They said salesman had a couple days off. No response from them. I lost the Class A that I wanted. I’ve never seen sales people who didn’t want to make a sale before. Disturbing.

Horrible. Don’t go here. Scam artists. I worked with Mike, then Gabe, and spoke with Jeff in financing. Worked with them for a month. We were working in the area and needed a trade in. Had all the details worked out and when we showed up a different guy tried to low ball us by 6,000.00. Mind you were had an appointment so why the new salesman?? I told the guy I had offered all the paperwork they needed to Mike, Jeff and Gabe to make sure the deal went smoothly and quickly. I offered pictures to Mike and he said it wasn’t needed. They all said they had what they needed. We cleaned up the trailer (because we were using it) and this took time and effort, despite our work schedule I wanted to honor them with a nice clean trailer. The salesman said the wrong year of our trade in was put in the system. He could not honor the price we agreed on.I said there was no way we would have agreed to a deal if we had the year he claimed was in the system. Major rip off. We walked. Horrible dealership.

We recently took our motorhome in for cleaning and detailing both inside and out. I should do separate reviews because the inside and out are handled by different departments/teams. Outside was great 5 stars. It was a mess and they cleaned and waxed it beautifully. Inside is where I'm having a problem. We paid for the spa treatment and extra for steam cleaning. I really doesn't seem that much cleaner. They obviously vacuumed and wiped up the floors. But the toilet wasn't cleaned, nor were the sinks, nor was the microwave. I'm not sure how much steam cleaning they did. The thing smells exactly as it did when we dropped it off. It doesn't smell like it was just cleaned that's for sure. And honestly doesn't look that much different. 1 star for interior cleaning.

I had a excellent experience. I believe the person that helped me his name was Brad? He's the Is maintenance/mechanic guy. He was very Knowledgeable and had a passion for his job. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back to get work done on my toy hauler. Store was clean very organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Somethings are a little pricey. Restrooms very clean. Very good quality things sold here. Found so cute camping decorations as well. Oh the also have a Doggy aisle. If you are looking for a scooter they have that too. Cool ,clean ,organized store.

Sorry, this review is quite late. In the last year I have had multiple services performed and completed, through insurance, through warranty, as well as additions and upgrades of our own. Gonzalo and Val in the service department were instrumental for us navigating these services and made sure that we were informed and taken care of honorably. Camping World is the worst. I’ve been in three miserable times. 1) the person trying to sell a battery attempted to convince me batteries with Bluetooth readings is a technology that does not yet exist. It does. Did not buy a battery. 2) Went in for a bike rack. Asked for the online price. Said they couldn’t give it to me because I’m not a member. They did not ask me to become a member. Or I could order the rack online and come back the following day for the sale price. I bought the thing anyways. 3) said bike rack did not fit my needs. Attempted to return the rack and was informed I needed the membership they did not offer me! Additionally, the return policy says nothing about needing an account. I had them create a fake account. They don’t get my info. Finally, what does the cute, bored girl at the front desk actually do? She couldn’t even tell me where to find that bike rack. Will definitely never return to any Camping World.

I just visited the Coburg location to get a valve for our RV toilet. The very nice person at the parts counter saw the part from like 10 feet away through a plastic bag and knew exactly the part to get. I just wanted to give mad props to them for their knowledge and great job on helping get us fixed up!
