Thank you, Chad, for all your hard work. We knew the next RV was going to be an Airstream but we did not know who we would use to assist with the purchase until we found you on YouTube. We have watched so many of your videos and knew you had the most knowledge of all the models and then some. We were very comfortable with your online approach as you seemed very natural and comfortable. We did NOT experience any hard sales practices which we appreciated. I am in sales myself and my no pressure approach is something I look for when making a larger purchase like this. This was our 3rd RV purchase so we knew exactly what we wanted. You assisted us with our trade from a different state along with negotiations on the new Airstream. The process was seamless and easy. When we arrived with our trade-in the staff at your location jumped on assisting with the review process. Very efficient and friendly. The next day was reserved for picking up the new Airstream and all went well with that. From the orientation to the financing paperwork, we were out the door within 3 hours. Thank you again and we will recommend you to others.

Had a great experience this past week. All of the folks we encountered were pleasant and professional. Tony in the parts department made sure the proper parts we needed for our tow vehicle were ordered quickly. A special thanks to Brock in the service department. As soon as the parts were in he immediately arranged for their installation. Within 45 minutes we were on the way. Everyone at the dealership left a positive impression. Though we bought our rig at a different Blue Compass dealership in the area, we now have a new place to do future business.

We were traveling across country in our Airstream. We needed replacement of our toilet. We called Airstream of Greensboro 4 days before we would be passing by the dealership. Tony, in Parts, researched multiple options and ordered us a new toilet. He coordinated with Service for installation as we were passing through. Brock was our service advisor and was so helpful. The tech was very good and did a great installation. Everything worked as we hoped and we were able to make our next destination on time. Finding an Airstream dealership this helpful is somewhat unusual in our experience. Several times we have had other travel issues and some other dealerships have been "too busy" to help us. This was a very refreshing and good experience. Excellent responsive staff and nice facility with dog friendly customer waiting area. We can't be more pleased. One suggestion. Lots of good folks but no name tags.

I have dealt with nearly every RV dealer in the US. This is the only one that actually provided excellent service. My previous experiences at other dealers were horrible. They were up front about their fees, there were no surprises unlike Camping World and General RV tryin to sneak secret fee’s into my prices. I bought a used camper from Blue Compass and they cleaned the whole thing full detail, even put a spare on it, and I never even asked for it. There was even an issue they found with the first camper I wanted and they told me about it and offered the camper I got with the same price, and I never even asked for it. They had the best price for what I was looking for compared to everyone else. By far the experience I had here was outstanding and this dealer should be the example that others should strive to be like. This place definitely changed my view on RV dealers. From the Sales Staff to Finance to the Maintenance Department. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable about your purchase. The walk through on delivery day takes about 2 to 2-1/2 hours...they are very thorough. I highly recommend Blue Compass if you're thinking about a Travel Trailer or RV
