Battery was dead, and they offered to charge it overnight. Needed a battery so that I could determine if my truck was going to run or not. They generously loaned me a battery, which was really kind, and we got the truck running. Old battery ended up being a junk/dead battery, and so they sold me the used lender battery at a fair price. Really appreciate the customer service here. Great shop.

I really appreciated their quick, easy and upfront service. Earlier this week, my battery was not turning on. After receiving the jump start from AAA, I called in advance to see if they had an availability that same day. As the life savers they were, they had an immediate opening and asked me to bring the car in ASAP. As soon as I got there, they determined the issue, and found a temporary solution (temporary battery while my battery would recharge for a few days). This process was so seamless and was out within 10 minutes. I sincerely appreciated that they were so upfront and honest about the process and what to expect (the earliest I can pick up and had no issue when I sent my husband to pick it up). I highly recommend visiting them, and once again want to thank them for everything they do!

Just like all other battery companies they make it difficult to warranty when the batteries stop working properly. I was treated like an inconvenience when I brought 2 deep cycle interstate batteries here out of a trailer I use for work. I had the batteries tested at a local interstate dealer near me before making the 3 hour round trip drive, and they said the batteries tested bad. My local dealer could not exchange, as they do not stock deep cycle batteries. This dealer said that they couldn’t test the batteries when drained and would have to leave with them for 3 days to a week. This would not work as I use the trailer daily. I told them I charged the batteries fully several times and they will still not hold a charge. Instead of listening to me, they sent me on my way. Waste of 3 hours and lost revenue for the trailer they are used on.

Took care of me really quick, even troubleshooted another starting issue

At less than 2 years, the Interstate 27F battery in my Toyota Sequoia would not hold a charge. After having the electrical system checked (Alternator voltage, parasitic current draw) it was concluded that the battery was at fault. I believe Interstate (in general) does make good batteries but I happened to receive a bad one (high internal leakage ). However, the distributor manager would not honor the 30 month free replacement warranty with no meaningful reason given. I think this is dishonest, despicable behavior and consider this distributer to be disreputable.

The reason to shop a real battery store instead of walmart is for the service and knowledge of the people at the counter. Sadly this has not happened the last three times to interstate. I got indifference and eye rolls and insults for my simple questions. Now I am at Walmart where at least you get what you expect. Nothing.
