Complete Impound & Recovery

Lady with blonde hair in the office was SO nice and helpful, drivers were great. My car got towed and they were super helpful with the process of getting it out. Not super expensive for having it towed about an hour before we got there. Great people

These people are vultures. Towed my car from Hilliard Summit apartments because they could only see the top of the parking permit in the corner of the windshield on the dash. It was there because the plastic pass breaks into pieces. Then they tell me they cant see the name of the apartment complex so i still have to pay the $160. Makes me wonder if the apartment managers and the towing company are working together. Typical vulture towing company doing anything for a few dollars. They to hide under the name capital towing and recovery.

Greedy, no good, money hogs. Girlfriend parked her car in a lot with a sign that said she could park there. She came outside and her car was randomly gone. She thought her car was stolen. Thankfully someone found the right phone number to call. When we finally got ahold of someone and got to the lot, the lady took her long and sweet time. She just ignored us and talked on the radio instead of getting our paperwork together. We finally got everything squared away ($160 later). Horrible company that profits off of stalking people and snagging their cars if they even think they have a chance.

Worst towing company of all time, towed my girlfriends car out of our complex for "no permit" when our leasing company sent us an email with THEIR pictures they took and said you can clearly see it and the tow was wrong and made us pay 200$+. It was over a weekend as well and told us we had to wait till monday to pick it up and come monday they charge more for having it there for a few days. Absolute joke and scam of a company.

This company steals cars in less than 20 minutes they get a kick outta hearing the frustration in you day and or life they will take your car even if there’s no markings showing where u can park I stay in Eden crossing the first time I was told I was a lil on the sidewalk that’s why I was towed the person named Ashley told me I could park there just not on there just not on the side walk today I park and go to the bathroom hear noise and see the tow company pulling off with my car it’s not on my lease saying I can’t park there no markings nothing many of use pull in front to unload or load or run inside to grab things. They are thieves and the company will pay for how they are treating people especially the ones that didn’t deserve it and did have money to give. I encourage you all to report them to bbb and file police reports for theft if you have proof that you were targeted don’t let companies like this steal your hard earned money.

The thieves stole my car from where I live. I forgot I was double parked and they stole my car from where I pay to live!!! And Charging me a $160 to come and get my own vehicle.That was perfectly fine before they got their greedy little thieven hands on it

They are indeed predatory in their actions. I’ve had two negative experiences with them, both thru no fault of my own. Tried to resolve it with their "team" to no avail. So, I’ve started documentation and taking photos. This place is a class-action waiting to happen.
