Carlos and crew in Denver were Ah-mazing!! Super careful, efficient, fast and professional to empty out my home. Just received my belongings in my new state (2000 miles) and I'm impressed with Law!! Kind, efficient, careful, never complained about my 3rd floor unit (that's a lot of stairs) had a smile while lifting and moving g heavy stuff for 3 hours. Law stayed to reassemble some of my stuff and even asked if I wanted anything else moved..which he had a great suggestion for my big unique bookcase and helped me every step of today. These guys who work directly for Paragon are the real deal, best movers I have ever hired in 30 years of moves 4 times across the US plus very fair pricing. Thank you Gilbert, Kenny and Rebecca for answering my calls, questions and being truly caring professionals.

I contracted Paragon Moving and Storage to move our furnishings from Colorado to Alabama. When they arrived we were immediately told the estimate was way off and they increased our estimate by 75%! They fraudently overcharged us by at least 1,000 cu. ft. at $5.10 per cu. ft. - in excess of $5,000. I was told by Rebecca in dispatch the day of moving that if I didn't like their new estimate they would bring everything back. When the two trucks arrived in Alabama, the semi trailer was not only horribly packed which damaged our contents, it wasn't full. The secondary truck they sent with the 'overage' was barely packed - another farce just to have a truck for their employee to get there and back. Very unprofessional, and poor quality movers. The semi driver told us it started to rain when they were finishing loading so they started 'chucking' things in the truck. A brand new off-white ottoman was severly water damaged and stained. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Have had a horrible experience with this company from the day they showed up and packed our items. We thought we had settled everything with the overcharges and that everything would go smoothly with the delivery. I was way wrong. Two men came and delivered our items. They told me they were done and left. They did not unpack many of the items, which we were told they would do. Not only that, they left piles of wrapping and tape and packaging materials they used that I had to dispose of. Again, I was told they would take care of all of the unpacking, unboxing and packaging materials upon delivery. To make things even worse, the movers actually broke my bunnies cage, and hid the broken part behind a box so I would not see it until they were gone. On top of that, our tv screen was also busted. We have been calling and emailing this company for the damages to our furniture and they will not contact us back. We have not been able to get a hold of anybody. So disappointed with this company and would NEVER use them again. I would strongly urge you to go with somebody else. This company was a nightmare from the very beginning.

Initially the process was excellent. They picked up my stuff, packed it quickly, and were on their way. (They said the estimate was wrong in square footage and charged me about $500 more however). They got to my new apartment quickly, but that was about the only positive about move-in. The guy showed up at 4:30 and started unloading my things and said his friends were on their way to help him. They never showed up. He was at my apartment until 10:00 putting everything together. I felt bad for the guy. Next, there are a number of things that were damaged. They cracked my TV, put a hole through my bookshelf, and split my dresser. The mover said they’d be in contact with me the next day to put in a claim. This was on Tuesday and it is now Friday with no call. I attempted to call them and just get sent to voicemail. I’m upset and frustrated that they have not maintained the quality of moving that was promised.

I chose these movers to relocate several large bins and some furniture from Denver to the east coast. Overall the move went fine and the price was very, very fair compared to some larger moving companies' quotes. The initial quote was done through text/email (no in-person visit unless requested) which I found odd at first. But it ended up pretty spot-on, as it barely increased when my items were picked up. Their rep Sara was communicative and helpful, and the pick up driver (Cesar?) was also super helpful and right on time. They packed my things carefully with lots of moving blankets and padding. My only complaint was that I chose a super early pick up date only to have things still arrive a week after I'd already moved out east. But once things finally did get there, the other driver was friendly and all my items had survived the journey (minus one small shelf that was already in rough shape). For the few reviews complaining about having to pay cash/cashier's check upon delivery, this was explained to me well in advance over the phone and through text. I also believe it was written in the contract.. so there was no surprise there. Overall I'd recommend Paragon.

We moved across the country with Paragon from one storage facility to another. Let me first address why not 5 stars: The staff that unloaded our items was not as professional as the ones that picked it up. Due to the great distance of our move, they had to rely on contractors for delivery and they did not exhibit the same care and respect we had from the movers that loaded our items. I suspect if our move was local, this would have never been an issue because... My interactions with Paragon were awesome. The associate assigned to our move was always very easy to reach, personable and genuine. The movers that arrived to pack up were also a pleasure to be around. They took a lot of care with all of our items and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. The one reason above all that I would not hesitate in hiring Paragon again is how they dealt with conflict. We unfortunately did have some items damaged in transit, but had difficulties dealing with the insurance agency that covered the move. However, I contacted Paragon and within a day they cleared everything up and our claim was paid out exactly as the documents dictated. To me, this is the mark of a company I can trust and I'd be happy to recommend, or hire them again.

I just wanna share my experience with paragon moving and storage we hired the company three weeks ago in the last minute Because we actually booked another moving company they didn’t show up and I have to tell you this paragon saved our life They respond pretty fast they show up on time the service was very professional the guys that show up was very polite and clean that he was very important to my wife yes the price with her the price was fair and they delivery or belonging with the timeframe that they promise thanks paragon moving highly recommend
