The employees were very kind and helpful. They took the time to help me get a unit I could pull my car into with ease. Stored my summer car safely for 2 years. The unit was clean and access was a breeze. Super easy to make payments from afar and great communication from the company regarding website changes, payment due and paid, and updates. Overall outstanding experience.

Kaleb was great! He couldn't do anything about all the misinformation I got from 2 people I talked to on the phone,but he got me squared away with my rental. When people call about a 20× 20 unit, they should be told that it is really two 10×20units side by side with a wall separating them. Sure would've saved me a bunch of stress. Thank you.

He is very knowledgeable, laid out my options and cost, went over their security measures and was very attentive and willing to answer all my questions. This place is amazing! Best customer support here. Jon went out of his way to set up a storage for me and also drove to get me a lock. My Mustang is in beautiful condition and looking forward to putting it back here next year
