Great experience. Jackson and Brady went above and beyond helping with our move. They were efficient, informative and even helped move furniture we were not taking from downstairs to upstairs. A glass shelf was broken while unloading at the new spot and a manager has already been in touch about replacing this for us. We definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Ryan Harper and Cristian Sanchez did a great job moving stuff from our storage unit to our new place in Greenville, Michigan. They were very professional and polite and helpful with all of our directions and needs! Very hard workers! Great job guys!

We hired Two Men and a Truck to pack our two ABF freight trailers to move 1000 miles. We did this exact same move with the same items one year ago. The moving company we used (a local one in Mississippi) did an excellent job planning and executing so that we only used one and a half trucks as planned. Unfortunately, Two Men and a Truck did not efficiently plan and by the time they packed our second truck they started just piling things in with no organization. The movers ran out of energy (they refused to eat lunch) which contributed to a lack of proficiency. This inefficiency from Two Men and a Truck caused us to have to pay for the entire second truck, which was $2500 more for us that we hadn't planned. Afterward, when I contacted the general manager, Jeremy Buhrmann, we were offered no apology or meaningful resolution and a unwillingness to take responsibility for the extra cost. This left us financially burdened and also incredibly disappointed in the lack of accountability from a company that advertises professionalism and care. Attached is a photo of the second truck that was supposed to be packed high and tight, using only half the truck. We accomplished this with a different moving company one year ago, packing the same items, so we know it can be done. Instead, they did not plan and execute how to pack the truck high and started loading items haphazardly leaving a significant amount of vertical space unused. In addition to the lack of efficient packing, many of our furniture pieces were not wrapped well, leaving grease marks all over our upholstered sofa, a tear in our leather bar stool, creases in our upholstered king headboard, and rust on the cushions of our accent chairs. I'm typically not one to leave bad reviews, but this one really cost us so I feel others need to be aware. We even tipped the movers well, and had snacks and drinks out for them. Honestly, if the company had just responded with refunding us the amount we paid in tips that day (which was over $200) we would have been satisfied. We paid over $2000 for their services. The positive side of this two men location is the customer service agents who answer the phone at the facility are very kind and professional. We also had a good experience of two men unloading our belongings, however, I will never hire them to pack/load again.

We moved my Mom into an assisted living facility. It was nearly an emergency situation. Not much warning. These guys were so accommodating and helpful. They came a little bit earlier and wrapped everything with packing blankets. Treated everything with care. Moved her furniture to her new address and then delivered the remainder to our house. It truly was no fuss no muss no bother on our part. I highly recommend this business.
