I’ve been using this storage facility for a few months now for my husband, and I must say, the payment process has been incredibly smooth and straightforward. The storage manager, Courtney , is exceptionally organized and always ensures that the payment process is clear and hassle free. The facility offers multiple payment options credit card, debit card, and even online payment which is really convenient. Courtney explained all the billing details upfront, and I’ve never had any surprises when it comes to fees Overall, I’ve been really impressed with how well-managed the payment side of things is here. It's one less thing to worry about, and that’s definitely something I appreciate. Highly recommend!

The facility is extremely well managed with wonderful, kind staff who are always quick to say hello and provide quick assistance whenever they are available. The place is clean, well maintained, and feels cared for. My unit feels secure, is free of pests, and no amount of rain makes me worry (I've been to storage places that were not so well managed). Thank you to the folks who work here, I wouldn't store my stuff anywhere else.

I have been exceptionally pleased with rental of 3 storage units at Public Storage at 1870 Industrial pl. Concord, Ca. The units are located in a climate controlled secure building which is well maintained and clean. I have been 100% impressed with Manager Vianca's excellent service throughout my experience. She is kind, patient, competent, and always helpful. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I have used this location in the past and was very happy with it so after moving back from having lived in Santa Barbara a couple years I decided to get a unit here again. Bianca was super friendly and helped me choose the best size for my needs and also a unit in a location that fit my request (I wanted something on the ground floor and close to an entrance). 100% would recommend
