I've rented a storage unit for the past year.. Now that I have room at my home I no longer need it. I sent Tina an email giving her my 30 day notice as required and everything went smoothly. I must admit anytime I had what I thought to be an issue, Tina was always there to assist. She always and I mean always helpful and polite. And that type of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks Tina for going the extra mile for this business. I will also add that I found this self storage facility to be top tier. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. So I give Tina and StrongPoing 5 Stars

StrongPoint Storage - great storage facility... very clean... good value... professional staff! Tina was great from day one... met Devin also, and Sarah from the corporate office, and they could not have been nicer!! Such a big difference from my last storage experience... you know, the 'orange' one. 5 STARS!!!

We were so impressed with this storage facility! Before deciding to lease here, we visited two other places—and neither came close to the cleanliness, security, and overall quality we found here. Tina, the manager, and Devon were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage!

Tina was very knowledgeable about the services that she provided to me from the moment I walked into StrongPoint. She makes sure you are aware of all the fees and monthly rates and how the storage unit operates. She is very patient and will thoroughly answer any questions that you may have about renting a storage unit. I definitely would recommend StrongPoint, as it is a Newly built storage facility and very clean.
