Ace Hardware

No starts, absolutely rude and wouldn't redo two keys that's the staff made there. Clearly didn't care. Even though I explained I had them make three copies of three different keys and the staff made the incorrect keys. Why do I want 5 keys of one of three keys I brought to make. Just horrible. The two guys that's were horrible and poor customer service, y'all don't need to work there. I don't know how they even hired you two.

I had an accident with one of the tools that I bought from the store and cut myself. They wouldn't even let me wash my hands with soap and water there to clean the wound. I had to go to another store to get help. Moreover, the front cashier was very rude. Their return policy sucks and so does their customer service. The handyman working in the back was nice and knowledgeable though.

I have shopped at this ace more than a few times, but today the worker up there was pretty rude to me. I have dealt with him on many occasions so I don't know if he was having a bad day and it doesn't matter because I will never shop at there again. This was my 1st time back since having a bad stroke so my words are slow and over articulated so idk if he was annoy about that but he treating me like I was a bother to him. He didn't even look at the picture of the gas fitting i needed and handed me the wrong one. When I told him it wasn't right he told me next time know the right size and walked off. I heard him help some other lady and was a lot more helpful to her and treated her a lot more dignity than he treated me with. Never again will I shop here

Worst ACE Hardware I’ve been in. Asked for help up front. Said go to the back. Asked for help In The back. Dude seemed like he wanted nothing to do with me. Asked him to help me match a bolt. He didn’t have the match but he had a longer size. Asked if he could cut it for me. He said no. Asked if he had bolt cutters. He said not for me to use. Then I asked if he knew where I could get it cut and all he said was "not here". At this point the blatant rudeness was enough to get me to leave the store. Their motto is your friendly neighborhood hardware store. The only reason anyone Would go here would to get help because of their inflated prices. They were no help and they were rude.

Incredibly convenient to access hardware store in I'd rather go here over the big box stores any day of the week. Incredibly helpful staff that will tell you exactly what you need. I love small neighborhood hardware stores and this is a good one!

I got to tell you … I highly recommend this place in general any Ace Hardware store, here u will find a excellent customer service , very personal experience.. try other places , ending not found a employee or the part I’m looking for …this store the best ..!!
