I would love to give Auto Zone located on McKinley in Corona, CA a 5 star review. Mr. David R. changed my battery and took it a step further by checking my alternator and starter, just to make me feel comfortable that my issue was resolved with the purchase of my battery. He is an amazing gentleman and he was very informative when I asked questions regarding my vehicle. I would also like to mention the associate/cashier that assisted me today as well, not sure of her name as it was not on the receipt, but she was extremely helpful and pleasant. Visited the AutoZone for Windshield Wiper fluid and was helped by Ray Gibson. I was having difficulty walking due to hip issues and Ray not only carried the fluid to my car but offered to fill the wiper fluid tank for me. This may have been ordinary to him but it was a huge blessing to me and took a load off my shoulders. His kind actions really made my day!! Thank you Ray for having a heart to help others!!!

A young man named Jason working here on North McKinley in Corona was an amazing employee. Not only was he an excellent worker/ salesman, he was helpful and knowledgeable. Jason also help me install the headlights that I purchased here at AutoZone @4017.

I recently had purchased a passenger side wiper from here . The employees were very nice and installed it for me , which was very nice because it was raining . My problem is that it only rained one more time after I had it installed and I noticed the rubber was coming off . I called Auto zone and spoke to a man with a heavy Hispanic accent and explained to him that I don’t have the packing or a receipt , I didn’t keep my receipt , didn’t plan on returning them or having any problems , I simply asked the man on the phone if I could get a replacement . His response without even allowing me to exploding anything was " oh no! Once you purchase them they’re yours ! No exceptions .I’m upset because I’m a manager at a grocery store . I understand that a lot of people in this world are always out trying to pull a fast one to get something for free , but this was simply not the case . I now purchase my wipers from Amazon who has excellent customer service .

Man just left autozone and I'm always happy after shopping there on the McKinley store. Always get what I'm looking for the staff there is helpful. But the person there that has always help me the most when I There is Mr. Ray Gibson man he always knows how to find my parts alway goes out of he's way to help thank you bro for the help
