Blanca was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. She even took the time to drive me on the golf cart to view my storage unit, which I really appreciated. Her energy was warm and professional, and she made everything easy to understand. I needed a storage to move some household items and other items. I always read reviews before trying a new business out. So I found Dollar Storage in Corona it had alot of really good reviews. I went over to rent a storage and was met by Blanca. She was very nice and knew exactly what type of unit I needed. She gave me a tour of the sites and explained everything. She was the best! I've been to other facilities, but I'll never go anywhere else again. Excellent location, very good prices, customer service, and Blanca made the whole experience very easy. Thank you again!

Meghan did an outstanding job in locating a unit that took care of our needs and future growth. Everyone in the office was very professional in setting up our agreement. Blanca was a tremendous help today! The office was clean and the other personnel were friendly. We viewed two different units both were clean. After visiting Public Storage we immediately returned to Dollar Storage and rented one of the units.
