Garden Center at The Home Depot

Rude staff. Will make sure my family never comes back here again. My 90year old mother went to buy flowers an 6bags of mulch alone with my sister (70 years old) . She ended up not getting the the mulch because no one would help her load it. She asked an employee for help and they didn't helpe her because it "wasn't their job or department" an told her to ask someone else. Even after that she still got two medium planters with flowers ( I have no idea how she even got them in the cart because not one employee helped) and then when leaving she called a worker over to help her unload the flower planters into the car after check out and again "it wasn't their department" person at the register had to call the manager and only then did she get help. This is ridiculous she is literally 90 lbs of skin an bone with white cotton puff hair an not one but TWO employees refused to help her before she got a manager involved. And to make matters worse the last one actually worked in the garden section. My mother constantly buys from here and have never had a problem before getting help. I don't know what the deal was yesterday and why she still even bought those flowers after being treated so rudely , but never again.

All of the employees were very nice and we purchased 3 Christmas trees for under 300$. Their garden center is very nice.

Not a good experience with returning the online order. I got a GE dishwasher on Friday, wanted to return it on Wednesday, It was unpacked. staff said, not accept it. need to call GE. GE has no return policy. home depot shouldn't put items on their site if there is no return policy.

Home Depot has a great selection of plants and garden flowers. What's best is they guarantee their plants from dying within their return policy. They also have a just about everything you'll need for your gardening needs.

Not to crowded on a Thursday afternoon. Saturdays ots a madhouse. Nice selection of flowers. Friendly customer service people.

Disastrous. One check out person in garden department, a long line extending back into the plants, and the credit card reader did not work. No one came to help, and it was 103°.

Love the garden center here...we've shopped here since the day they opened and the garden center has never failed us
