Showed up early this morning as a first customer. The kid that helped me sold me the wrong stuff in which I struggled out front of the store to put it on, went home to try, just to come back later to return everything cuz nothing worked and found out he sold me all the wrong stuff and a part that wasnt even THEIR part. Now have to make a 3rd trip there to pick up the CORRECT stuff that should've been sold to me in the first place as the second gentleman did. Oriellys you need to do something about this cuz I'm livid. The kid blew it off like it was nothing.

Customer service was rude. Asked my wife to buy a transmission oil pan gasket, the person there didn’t know what that was exactly. Then finally found it. My wife asked if he could get her a brake cleaner he said you can go find it yourself. What kind of service is that for a woman that doesn’t know what that looks like. Told her not to buy it anymore . Good thing they had my part I was looking for. Thanks

I had to go in and get wiperblades for my car on my way to Palm Springs. It was supposed to rain and my blades were shot. My thanks to the young man, Christian, who waited on me. He knew exactly what was needed, then offered to put them on for me. Thank you Christian for your help and thank you O'Reilly for having such great employees!

Terrible experience with Trisha today, I never give negative reviews but this girl dosent even want to work here she's rude and just gives terrible service overall. Staff here has always been helpful what's going on guys??

Staff is unattentive and not interested in helping. And God forbid you return something, you won't be helped, you will be confronted and treated like you are stealing something. I had the receipt. Also, if you're going to ask me for a phone number to look up the purchase in the computer, you should take down my phone number at the time of purchase. Some of the employees are alright, others aren't very pleasant.

5 Stars for the Manager Eva, she's a great person to deal with, keep reading: 1 Star for the Wholesale Manager Justin, rude, and does not know how to deal with the smaller businesses. Had an issue with him and his attitude was appalling.

I went to get a battery Core charge? Or something? I do not understand this is a charge or exchange or a refund? What is going on. Someone please make life more difficult I have no more patience for easygoing experience. Sorry o'rielly it's not the cashier fault. They are just doing what you pay them to do. There job is more important. Everyone got bills to pay and mouths to feed. So on so fourth. Anywho I got what I needed. The end
