I’ve had several instances where Advanced Auto Parts, store #3344, has done their due diligence and was very attentive to provide excellent customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient—taking the time to explain everything and make sure I got the right parts for my customers vehicles. Amanda and her team make my visit quick, easy, and stress-free. It’s wonderful when you find such genuine, top-notch service these days, and this store definitely delivers it. The gentleman that helped was helpful and quickly installed the car battery. He helped in-between customers and was the only one at the time on staff. Would recommend.

This is a great location. My wife had a cylinder misfiring in her truck. She went to p/u a new coil here while travelling through Corpus Christi and Ernest helped her get back on the road. Huge shout out to Ernest for going above and beyond to assist an Advance Auto customer 200 miles away from home.

I bought a battery from one of the other advance Auto parts and then when I was returning the core, I went to a closer one. They couldn't find it in their system so I had to drive to the store I bought it from. Both in the same town.

Advance Auto Parts not only gave us great service, they saved us $500!!! It was going to cost us over $715 to install the battery to my Mercedes. We were referred to Ernest and not only was our battery cheaper, the program reset was free!! Go see Ernest!! We are permanent customers to him and the store. Thank you ERNEST!!

Saturday February 22th at 9:15 am , I walked into the store needing a starter for my car, a simple purchase. I joined the line, patiently waiting to be called . Both employees were busy on the same computer.They did not acknowledge my presence. Finally, an old white man with a greasy ponytail and outdated glasses shuffled to the register. He didn't greet me, didn't even acknowledge my presence with a "next" or a nod. Just a cold, hard stare, a silent, hostile appraisal. His eyes raked over me with undisguised disdain. After an uncomfortable silence, and still standing in the line ,I politely asked, "Are you ready for me?" He didn't respond. He just kept staring at me. I ignored his bully attitude and stepped forward, showing him the part serie number for the starter. At first he was not able to find the part although he had all the information plus the serie number . He proceeded with a manual research interrogating me about my car. His voice, already gravelly, dripped with condescension. "What year is your car? What make? What model?" "Why do you need a starter?" He barked, each question laced with a tone that suggested I was an idiot whereas i came prepared with the exact serie number of the part that was needed. He was rolling his eyes ,breathing a heavy sigh at every answer i would give him as if dealing with me was the most taxing thing he had to do all day. His posture was extremely dissmissive . The way he looked at me, a mix of disgust and thinly veiled contempt, was utterly repulsive. It wasn't just rudeness; it was a visceral hatred, a clear message that I was unwelcome, unwanted. It was a masterclass in passive-aggressive hostility. I'd had enough. I walked out of that store and headed straight to O'Reilly on Saratoga. From the moment I stepped through the door, the difference was night and day. I was immediately acknowledged with a warm greeting.The staff were polite, and genuinely helpful. They listened to my needs, quickly found the correct part, and processed my purchase with efficiency. It was a stark contrast to the hostile and demeaning treatment I'd just endured. Sir, if your come accross my review , know that your demeanor is appalling. Your behavior reeks of misogyny and racism. You should be utterly ashamed of your despicable attitude and your abhorrent behavior. To any Black woman considering shopping at the Advanced Auto part on South Staples , I would say, avoid it. The old white man with a ponytail behavior wasn't just rude; it was a clear display of prejudice. Save yourself the aggravation and potential humiliation. Take your business to a place where you'll be treated with the dignity and respect you deserve.

Ernest was amazing at Staples St location. My truck battery is hard to replace and he did it with ease. Very personable. Pleasent experience
