CVS is great. They keep track of my coupons, my prescription savings and I can get my vaccinations and everything is easy and close to home.
David in the Pharmacy not only was rude, but would not let me finish my sentences. He ended the call with "im right, you are wrong" all I was asking was to straighten out my prescriptions since I have been out of town. He acted as if I were a drug addiction trying to fill prescriptions too early which he also stated. I do not take this lightly as I was just trying to sort things out. He also refused to let me talk to the store manager about his unprofessional attitude towards me . I pick up my prescriptions when my app tells me they are ready and no earlier. If you are looking for a Pharmacy, I would definitely avoid using this one. Respect goes a long way.
Great neighborhood pharmacy, but the store is smaller than most CVS stores, so they are limited in those last minute grocery items you might need to pick up in a pinch. The employees here are very sweet, especially the ladies who work the front registers.
Tried to leave a voicemail for a call back but the system hangs up on me before I can. They must not want to help customers.
Worst Pharmacy EVER!!! I switched to brand name drugs only because they switched my generic on me! They make me wait DAYS!! Oh hell no k switched to Walgreens!! My brand name drugs are not a problem there. The Pharmacist made an executive decision and denied a 3 month refill of Lexipro because I was not done with the generic, then I was out for 3 days and miserable! To hell with this place the Pharmacist cares nothing but shoving generic drugs from INDIA down your throat. Oh yeah and she is if Indian nationality. She’s doing a HUGE DISSERVICE to this pharmacy at CVS! Get her out of there before you have no more customers. Which is what CVS deserves. They care NOTHING about your wellness!
Edward store manager and Sandra need more training on customer service. Extremely rude and unhelpful
