Great crew working. I had the pleasure of being helped by the asm in charge. Gave me good prices on the jewelry and Gucci I sold. In the end Debra took over. Great communication. Staff on duty all welcoming. Store was neat and clean.

First time walk in! Blown away by the neat and orderly set-up thru out the store! Various treasures just waiting! Good prices Lay-Away option...Great! Best I have seen in the Corpus area✨️ Definitely coming back for some Great deals!

Below is the sales receipt of things taken and were sold at this location. They are not contacting law enforcement despite me showing proof, active case open. They are waiting to be contacted by law enforcement despite being told they have this property in their possession. On this list you’ll find a firearm. If you delete this review I will continue posting it until this situation is resolved. It appears to me that they care more about their reputation than getting this serious matter resolved. I came from the police department today and they do not have my property. I have not been contacted by corporate or anyone, But EZ Pawn seems to be more concerned with my post then the actual matter within the post.

The inside of this place is very nice, the setup is inviting, stylish, and everything was clean and well-kept. At first glance, it really gave me high hopes for a good experience. Unfortunately, the customer service completely changed that impression. When I walked in, no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or even made eye contact. I stood there ready to make a purchase, but the staff didn’t seem the least bit interested in helping or even recognizing that I was there. Something as simple as a "hello" or "we’ll be right with you" would have gone a long way. Because of that, I ended up leaving without buying anything. They easily could have made a sale, but instead lost the opportunity due to the lack of basic customer service. A clean, nice-looking setup is important, but it doesn’t mean much if customers don’t feel welcome or valued.

Andrea was magnificent with her customer service. Please give her a raise if possible, she deserves it. Every time she has helped me, she has been polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I bought what i needed, not what I wanted. Her expertise in every situation has shown me she is, without a doubt management material.
