H-E-B plus!

Nice and well organized store. For this particular visit we were just there killing time as we had some vehicle mods going on down the street. This store had good attentive employees. When we crossed someone we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. It was good to see a store that had employees that practiced customer service consistently.

The store was big and the store was chill with the foot traffic. Nobody bothered us and we were able to freely shop and look around the store! Store was neatly stocked on the shelves. They had impeccable customer service! Me and the wife approve! 5/5 stars from both me and the wife!

I was traveling north out of state to visit family during the holidays when I saw a sign that read, "WELCOME TO ARKANSAS." In that moment, I thought, "Oh my gosh, I forgot to stop by H-E-B!" I quickly turned around to head back to my favorite grocery store before continuing my journey to the other states that are unfortunately not blessed with the best American grocery store I have ever visited in my 67 yr lifespan!

Been living in Corpus for a year now and do all my shopping at HEB and Sam's Club. I shop at Sam’s Club ONLY because it saves so much money. But god it’s a headache every time. Every. Single. Order. Is missing 2-5 things I was charged for, I get wrong items, 3 things are out of stock, etc and I wait a MINIMUM of 30 min for my groceries every single time. Today I had such a horrible interaction with Sam’s Club manager and employee that I CRIED at the Sams Club…. Not at HEB though. HEB would NEVER. At my dead precious sweet HEB, they ALWAYS have my items in stock. I don’t know how, but in a year of grocery pick-ups, I’ve never had a single item be out of stock, incorrectly missing from my order, picked wrong, etc. I got moldy raspberries ONE time and was instantly refunded. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and patient. I never wait longer than 5-10 minutes for my groceries and they’re always placed in my car with care. THANK YOU, HEB!!! I love u so much. I hate Sams Club.

No store does more, y’all! Great place to pick up your last minute beach items. You’ll save money not using the IGA on the island.

I’ve been a regular customer at H-E-B Plus for years, but after covid the prices have become extremely high and they just keep climbing. It’s getting harder to afford basic groceries, and it feels like every time I shop, items are more expensive than the week before. I understand prices can fluctuate, but this constant increase is frustrating and concerning. I hope H-E-B can take a closer look at what’s going on and find ways to bring prices back down for loyal customers.

Celebrating my 10 year olds bday with a boil. Levi at the seafood department was SO helpful. Seriously. He gave us some trade secrets. They were not very busy- but busy enough. He was so informative that people were literally listening to him and learning new things. All my daughter wanted was a boil and she got an A+++ one because of Levi and his knowledge and helpfulness. When I think of why HEB stands above all others- it’s guys like Levi who go above and beyond. Although I wasn’t at MY HEB, he made us feel right at home. So much so my daughter asked me if we could invite him to her party. Seriously- no store does more, and she couldn’t have had a better birthday thanks to Levi and your ultra stocked and fresh selection! Please give him our thanks.
