My son and I had one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a big ticket item! Melanie and Nelson were so helpful in educating my son about the ins and outs of the bike! My son came in with questions about a tire for his electric scooter and Melanie went above and beyond and said she would research the scooter and let us know if they could help. My son went in with a budget and Melanie was quickly able to accommodate us! Nelson took the time to educate my son on riding and even went for a test ride alongside him! Melanie and Nelson were so welcoming to my son who has found a new love for Ebikes! I cannot express the gratitude I have for them and their amazing service! 10/10 experience! If you’re in the market for and E-bike or need yours serviced, this is the place to go!

Service was awesome, my bike had a flat and they fixed it. Next day my tire blew and they fixed it free of charge. Super friendly and loving staff. Would definitely recommend

What started with 1 boy wanting a dirt jumper turned into 3 BMXers living their best lives, each with a bike that fits their individual personality. I purchased a snap cycle warrior from these guys and they could not have been any more helpful. Two weeks after I bought the bike I unfortunately blew out both tires. These guys got the tires repaired and got upgraded tires so flats wouldn’t happen again. I always advocate to shop and buy local, and it’s people like this that make these great experiences possible. If you are in the market for a regular bike or e-bike, don’t even bother ordering from an online retailer, go see these guys and let them get a bike that suits your needs the best!

Melanie was incredibly attentive to all the questions my fiancé and I had about buying a bike. She remained kind and patient throughout, never showing the slightest hint of frustration despite our many inquiries. Since the purchase, my fiancé has been riding the bike daily and often shares how it brings back memories of a bygone era rekindling a sense of nostalgia she hadn’t felt in years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Amazing place with amazing people! Beginner friendly!!! As well as knowledgeable about all things bike related. I recently took up cycling as a hobby, and Melanie saw to it that I bought the proper bike (one that could grow with me as I continue to improve), as well as fitting (with Owen) my bike to my body. I continue to learn something new every time I walk into their shop! I couldn’t recommend HYPEBYKE enough.
