Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Corpus Christi Service Center

I went to get a spare key made for my truck. The guy at the service desk was really nice and told me it would be $425. I asked if they had a cheaper key and he said no but I could go on Amazon and try to get a key but I would have to program it myself. I asked again about a key that was just a normal key not one with the key fob and he said they didn’t make those. I call a locksmith and get a key made for $100.

Spoke to Oscar Delgado, a few months ago about a flat towing vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and took the time to explain the process and even showed me vehicles. I was not ready to purchase so I left the lot but told him I would be back. I did return and the customer service we recieved was impeccable. I’ve used Lithia of corpus in the past and have always had a great experience in the service department. 2025- A brand new Hybrid Jeep with 300 miles gave me a faulty code for the charging system. Unfortunately The service department was backed up a few days. Monica helped me communicate to the Service manager Larry the situation. Larry proceeded to loan me a similar vehicle until the diagnosis was complete. Dallas carried out the loaner application process in an extremely timely manner. While it was a bummer to have a new vehicle with error codes, the service department of Lithia corpus worked quickly to resolve the issue. They were professional and friendly during the entire process. I will be purchasing vehicles from here in the future due to the service department professionalism.

It was a great experience, the warranty department took care of my car at no cost to myself even though was a huge one. Shout out to Steve, Chris, Randy and the mechanic tech. Also shout out to my sales rep Seth who was always there making sure that everything was going well. 100% satisfied with the experience

Great hospitality and professionalism. They make sure you are comfortable and leave happy. They don't force or conn you into something your not happy with. I recommend going to see Nick Pacheco. We were having problems getting a car at Autonation we came to Lithia Dodge Chrysler with lost hopes. But JAY changed everything he greeted us very gently. Then he went on to give us the Best service he can give us. He was very knowledgeable on the Dodge Charger I was interested. We didn’t stay here long it was a quick process as well.
