Very rude eye rolling associate , wouldn't go back as long as that employee is there

My agent is badass good phones and accessories.

Do not go to the store. They do elder abuse here and my father brought in a phone that was unlocked and they told him he couldn't activate the phone so then we got him another phone and again they told him that they cannot activate the phone and then we found out that the store does this with elderly people where they tell them they cannot activate a phone that way they can make a sale. I'm very disappointed they would do this against elderly people and we will never go back to the store again if you go to the Metro PCS store make sure it's another one.

My first phone that mom bought me n I was having n my hand r my back pocket of my jeans,ha about 2 to 3 times I dropped n a day n other times ..but my point is it overcame all the wetness ..the phone came back on later..eachtime..then finally it gave out ..ugh I was sad lol but to the rescue my queen mom pulled threw once again n order me the same phone but refurbishing n it lasted me the amount of time till I got another phone w different company ..n back once again..the service is great..but the only downside of it is Metro doesn't have unlimited hot spot r data r whatever that was the best part of the service.no disrespect to the company..my opinion in general. I miss it n would b nice to bring that back..n my experience has been good .

One of the sale associates acts like she's 5 years old. Her whole demeanor was childish. Constantly on her phone and not very welcoming. Doesn't know how to greet anybody unless she knows them. Unprofesional mannerisms.

Think twice before buying a phone from this store phone dont work as they should manager had all this excuses why ..well ..ifs reasons as for the sales person THELMA SHE TO BUSY ON HER OWN CELL PHONES ANSWERING PERSONAL CALLS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Next to heb kostoryz
