I'm not sure who is packaging items being shipped from your company, but they should be fired!!! I ordered several collectible Alice In Wonderland items for delivery to my home. I got 2 in good condition. The tea kettle was packaged inside of a bag... yes... a BAG!!! A porcelain kettle shipped in a bag... no wonder it came completely broken!! I also had two porcelain jars shipped out. these were at lease packaged in a box... but had limited and inadequate bubble wrap to protect the items. Because of this, both items came broken. when I called to have the items replaced... not surprisingly, they were out of stock, and I can no longer get these items. unless, of course, I want to go through a 3rd party vendor and pay 3 times the amount I already paid for the items. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in the care Michael's put into shipping these items out to me.

I placed an online in-store pick up order for some specialty items, I needed for my daughter's birthday. Although I did not get a notification that my order was ready for pickup.When I walked in the gentleman quickly pulled up my order.And got all my items and I was out the door period I was very pleased with my experience.The store was very neat and organized and had a variety of specialty items on banf that take your event/craft up a notch. I did choose to place my order for in store pickup as opposed to just going there and shopping because it offered a discount if I placed my order online. That was an unexpected discount that added even more value to the products I was getting Overall I was pleased with my online and in-store experience! Thanks Michael's for having the items I needed to create a unique and trendy party for my daughter.

I was looking for frames for art pieces I already had. The frame department was so very helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

Expensive!!! I stopped because I read they had bought out JoAnn's. They had very little fabric and ribbons. I asked a worker where I could find stuff and she sent me to a wrong area. Cashier, however, was extra sweet and helpful, though.

After combining with Joann, the place is a disorganized mess! I gave up looking and just ordered off of Amazon, won't be going back.

My first time shopping here and I came due to an order I placed online for in-store pickup. Order was not ready when I arrived (30-45 min). There was several people waiting for the one cashier and it seems that almost everyone in line wad not aware there was a self checkout and the cashier seemed overwhelmed by the large line. I asked if I could get my items as there were only four wood crates, I was told to wait that someone was working on my order. Not my best experience being NY first time here.
