All of the facilities, utilities, and tools are working well, quality, and up to date. The prices are very reasonable and they have enough bays to accommodate everyone at most within a couple hours. Although all the facilities are great, the customer service is subpar. They aren't rude however they aren't very welcoming or helpful to inexperienced newcomers, and there is a specific employee who is relatively abrasive in conversation. All-in-all it's more than worth the trip if you're looking to fix your own vehicle, just don't expect the most welcoming of customer service.

If you are a Department of Defense employee, veteran, or active duty member, you can DIY auto repair here. They seem to have all the tools required to do most automotive maintenance, including pneumatic tools and hydraulic lifts. The cost to rent the hydraulic lifts is very affordable, but you need to come before the shop opens to make sure you are able to secure an auto bay. The staff isn't always friendly but they help you get what you want. Actually, they're hardly ever friendly there. There's only two hydraulic frame lifts, so it's really important you get there before they open. A lot of times there's people already waiting, and it's first come, first serve.

Love this place but they have gone through some serious growing pains. No more mechanic on site means true do it yourself, but without some amenities like rotor turning. Still beats doing it in your garage unless your garage is equipped like a professional shop.

I believe the building is about 3 years old. Some services are available for cars, trucks, and suvs. Automobile products are available for purchase. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome people one thing the tech didn't explain what he did with my truck I like for the tech to explain the work he did but the sales lady very friendly and also the tech good people

My son served in The Marines and he had my grandson in college and trying to make ends meet. So big shout out to this facility.
