John (Store Manager) and his team are great! They are professional and courteous. They have a huge variety of services to offer customers at their print shop and great products. Vanessa is awesome at what she does! She is an huge asset to the team. Thank you all! Keep up the good work!

The lady at the print desk (with ) on 2 occasions has been so very helpful. The first time with an urgent FedEx issue and today with urgent printing. I drove an hour just to come to this location. Both times while she was helping me there was another customer who was either difficult or having issues with self service. She on both occasions patiently and with great customer service helped those customers. Great job!

Unprofessional cashier gave me attitude for no reason. I walked in to pick up an online order, and I all needed to know was where to pickup online orders. She seemed annoyed that I didn't clarify whether it was a print job or not. She approached me right when I walked in, and I likely would have found the online order rack on my own immediately to my left if she hadn't approached me in the first place. We proceeded to walk to another area where employees were sitting around, she accusing me of giving attitude because I said I knew print jobs were in a separate section to the right of the entrance. Another employee led me back to the front where the online orders were placed on the red shelves. She seemed like she was picking a fight for no reason. Happy Tuesday!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Their system went down, which is no big deal - until the lady looked at me and said I had to pay cash only. I asked if there was potentially another register she could use, because I didn't have any excess amount of cash on me. She had attitude from the second I asked and told me to try the other lady at a different register. So, I clarified that I should go to that section of the store to pay. Again - I was met with attitude. If you hate your job that much, leave.

I recommend going here for fast any print or copy needs. I appreciate the knowledgeable, print and copy service tech. She was able to print the documents i needed, fast and affordable. Same day. Thank to the management for her help.

I would never recommend doing a print job here. I placed an online order and they called me to confirm the paper type. I got home from picking up the order to discover that 2 of the 3 calendars were printed on the wrong paper. I called the store, gave the order number, and asked if I could pick it up the next day since I live 30 minutes away. The employee said I should come that day because the manager was there to take care of it. I put my baby in the car, drove all the way there, waited in line, and spoke with the unhelpful print manager. She wrote the order number on a post-it and said she would have them redo it and I could pick it up the next day. I explained that I just drove all that way because I was told it was best to handle it today while she was there, but she said their line was too long. I had just waited in said line to be "helped." I gave the order number over the phone, so this extra trip was an entire waste of my time. It would have taken maybe 5 minutes to print my order. I even offered to stay in the area and come back in 30 minutes. Instead, she offered me a refund since I didn't want to come back the next day. In the end, I needed the calendars for Christmas gifts so I reluctantly agreed to come back. On top of all of this inconvenience, I guess I was mistakenly given a plastic cover. She informed me she would be taking them off because they aren't supposed to be included in what I ordered. I liked them and had already taken them home, so I asked if I could keep them. She said she would be charging me $1.50 per project to keep them. So not only did I have to do an extra 2 hours of driving to finally get my calendars done correctly, but I ended up paying more. She even charged me for the cover on the correctly done calendar that I only brought in to show what paper the other 2 should have been printed on.
