Y'all, this is the store to visit if you're needing honest, professional service. I went in a couple of days ago needing to get a battery recharge and hoping I didn't need a new alternator. Turns out it was a bad battery, and it was still under warranty by a month. This was the second time I've had car issues in the last couple of months. Both times I received a friendly greeting and exceptional service.

Steven helped me with my car, he is awesome! Store is clean and all associates are friendly. I’ve been having so many problems with my car, which I use to transport my family everywhere so it’s been stressful. Very thankful to manager Steven & O’Reilly’s for helping me get back on the road quickly and painlessly.

Yesterday I went to O’Reilly’s in need of a new battery after leaving Advance Auto Parts, where I was told they couldn’t help me because my battery box was locked. At O’Reilly’s, I met Edward, the sales associate who truly saved the day. He changed my battery in less than 10 minutes and was kind, helpful, and efficient throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for his excellent customer service. Thank you, Edward I’ll definitely be coming back!

Went to get my battery checked and a scan to make sure my car is still good it was busy but Luis took the time to install the whole battery and was happy too do it great customer service !!!

My good friend has a headlamp that went out and was given the wrong part. After trying to install the lamp, having difficulty in doing as well,and noticing it was not the correct part. I went to the nearest O'Reilly's and had no problem getting assistance removing the bulb. Quickly finding the correct bulb, they also helped install the new bulb.

I had excellent customer service here from an expert team. John saved my Easter plans due to his helpful & knowledgeable advice about my battery we were able to pick the right one for my vehicle. He even changed it out for me, seriously saved the day so that my littles ones & I could continue our busy weekend plans and not have to stop everything and search for a mechanic. Thank you, John!!
