I recently bought a used boat here, and I am delighted with the purchase, Premier, Sonny, and the service department. When I found that the fuel gauge and trim gauge weren't working properly, they got the boat into service in just a couple of days and fixed them both without any hassle. Sonny is knowledgeable about boats, motors, and equipment - I enjoyed working with him. The service department was also knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, Premier did me right.

Took my big offshore boat over to Ryan after hitting a submerged object. Ryan took his time and found everything that was affected and gave me a no pressure quote. Very professional and communicated frequently with me.

DO NOT BUY FROM Premier Boating Centers (salesman Chris). In my experience, Chris was rude, disrespectful, and only interested in closing a sale — not listening to what my wife and I actually needed. He tried to push an older boat on us at a price that was wildly inflated for its condition, rushed every step, and made us feel like inconveniences rather than customers. After that treatment we walked out and gave our business to Ron Hoover, where staff actually treated us with respect and took the time to help. I’ve since heard from others who’ve had bad experiences with Chris as well, and I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this dealership for as long as he’s working there. He ruined what should have been an exciting purchase and cost Premier a loyal customer. Very disappointed.

Premier made selling a boat to them very easy and Lucas Ziegler went above and beyond helping me with the appraisal and guiding me through the process. Very professional and would not hesitate to do business with them again.
