I can’t thank Roland enough for helping us with our boat purchase! After having an awful experience at Premier Boating in Corpus Christi with a salesman who was rude, pushy, and only cared about rushing a sale, it was such a relief to come to a dealership that actually values its customers. Roland was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure we got the right boat for our needs. We left feeling confident and respected, and we’re so glad we chose Ron Hoover. Highly recommend asking for Roland if you want an honest and stress-free experience!

2nd RV I have bought from Ron Hoover and what a freaking disappointment. I bought a brand new 2025 coachman. They had it for Two weeks after I bought it Because they found a couple issues when it was delivered that they needed to repair, and then also to detail it for me as in wash the exterior etc… I picked it up and immediately Put it at a storage yard for a couple months until we found an RV location to put it at. Between that timeframe, I absolutely did not open the door and go in it at all aside from when we did a walk-through In between them prepping it. Now that we have it set up and have both slides out the floor is all scratched up and multiple spots. It’s not Something that can just be wiped away they scratches in the kitchen and in the living room, which are pretty bad… Also in the bathroom, there was pee everywhere on the toilet rim!! What the actual hell?!? And peace sitting in the toilet that was never flushed now that we checked it out for the first time in two months. There is dried spots on the floor and back wall and I know it’s P because it’s yellow and it’s dried on the wall. The shower is an absolute mess as well. It’s all yellowed from what I’m guessing is from when they water tested it and it created a lot of of red and yellow discoloring… This is a freaking brand new 2025 how in the world are there so many issues after you had this for nearly 3 weeks after I purchased it. It was already ridiculous enough that I had to wait three weeks for it but I was being understanding for the fact that y’all received it damaged. But this is unacceptable now. There’s also peeling and tears in the wallpaper along the slides. SMDH. This is wild, I was gonna come by And talk to the manager, but I know there’s absolutely nothing you guys would do anyway so that best thing is just leave a review so people can use their caution when leaving a unit with you guys for repair, or even ordering a brand new unit. The Hundreds of pre droplets all over the toilet and the wall is an absolute embarrassment and I’m still mind blown it happened. There’s no way your shop guys Didn’t go into the bathroom during that three week timeframe. One of the issues when y’all received it was the plumbing hose is back there so I know your guys worked back there. I’m very disappointed. So for anyone reading this use caution.

I took my boat to Ron Hoover Corpus Christi for service, and this has been a terrible experience. They told me it would take about 2 weeks, which I was fine with, but 4 weeks later and they haven’t even touched my boat. The communication is awful— they promised to call and follow up, but weeks went by without a single call. I had to chase them down, or my boat is probably still sitting outside collecting dust and sun damage. It’s clear they favor regulars and leave others waiting indefinitely. I should have taken my boat somewhere else where service and communication actually matter. Definitely never again.

Working with Ron Hoover on our boat purchase was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales person Angel Perez was friendly, knowledgeable and had fantastic communication. When we decided to move forward the sales manager Rick Perez jumped right in to help with our trade in and did everything to get our numbers where they needed to be.
