Great customer service and very friendly staff. I have used these folks for my propane needs for a few decades but this time it was for the purchase and installation of a trolling motor on my boat. Robert is a super cool cat! He was very patient and friendly in explaining the entire quote and all the options involved. When my boat was ready, he took the time to review everything with me and explain the operation of my trolling motor. I definitely recommend!!

Had some issues with power pole called and addressed my issues and they said we have the parts that you need in stock and went by later that day and was ready to go back out on the water !

Great service. Switched from Busters Propane. Do not use Busters Propane. HORRIBLE SERVICE VERY RUDE STAFF AND OWNER. South Texas Propane very nice owner. Very respectful and responsive. Quick response and excellent service I called them today Chris the owner responded within the hour. Came to service us. I will be letting all my neighbors know the Great and prompt service I received. Switching to South Texas Propane from Busters Propane was the best thing I ever did do. The guy looking at my trolling motor said it would cost $800 to repair my trolling motor by replacing 2 circuit boards. I asked him to troubleshoot the issue first to be sure, he then acted as if i was dumb to suggest that. I called the trolling motor tech support line in the parking lot and they suggested I do not let him work on my trolling motor as the circuit boards were probably not the problem in my situation. The problem was later fixed with some troubleshooting and without replacing any parts.

We stopped in for propane on our RV's onboard propane tank. Service was good, staff was friendly. Getting in and out in a motorhome pulling a vehicle, not so much gonna happen. We were near our destination, I dropped the car and took a second run to get in and needed to back into the area to allow the fill hose to connect to the tank. The task was completed and we were off. *** Important Note, we learned the company makes site visits at the area RV Parks. An upcharge but much easier as they can fill your tank while the RV is parked in the slip.

Took our boat 10 minutes before close and promised us he’d have the issue figured out by noon the next day. Very skilled technicians who knew exactly what to do and had the skill set to talk us through our issue over the phone. The next day we had our boat on the road before 10:30 AM and no charge!! Great service, highly recommend.
