We had our truck break down on vacation 3 hours from home. Our road side assistance through our insurance was a nightmare but Norma and the crew from Statewide Wrecker Service really helped us get through it. They were knowledgeable and had the proper gear to safely tow our full size truck. Even though they were sent to the wrong location (from insurance), they insured we were safe and taken care of. They assisted and provided guidance to get back home safely. It made the nightmare a bit easier to deal with. Highly recommended!

Norma has been so helpful through the whole situation! I haven’t had to use a wrecker service before so everything was all so new to me, I called and Norma has been helping me throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she was able to help. Being my first wreck I had no clue as to what to expect, but manager Norma gave me helpful information and made me feel comfortable with the process. I had the pleasure of talking to Norma on the day after my uncle wrecked his van. I live in Denton, Texas about 9 (?) Hours away, I have to say I've not yet met her but I can't wait until I can and tell her In person thank you, and just how much I appreciate all she did for my uncle. He wrecked his van and she was phenomenal in getting his van back to him quickly. She is one in a million and I will call her if I ever get stuck and need a tow truck in her area.
