Always a great experience at this T-Mobile store! I was greeted right away, and the staff is consistently friendly and willing to help. I have my WiFi and mobile service with T-Mobile and appreciate the great customer care every time.

So glad I chose this location! The staff is helpful, the young lady in the front greeted me right away and helped me with my phone issue. She was patient with me while I was having a mild breakdown after being so frustrated with my phone. I will definitely be back again! Thanks again guys!

I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold 7 on 08-15-25. So the first issue was that the sales clerk lied about how much my payments would be. Now only 2 months later the inside screen no longer works. I went by knowing I didn't purchase a protection plan but wanted to see if there was a manufacturer warranty. The clerk told me yes AND she said that is a very common issue with the Z fold 7. Had the original sales clerk told me that I would have never purchased it. Now I am going to have to deal with the manufacturer.

Avoid this location at all costs. They’re are long waits and these people are highly incompetent. The manager never comes out of the back office to help. The person that signed me up promised the world for 110$ a month. 1st bill was 190$. Turns out the guy made a mistake and it was like pulling teeth to get things right. If you are going to sign up or need help with your Tmoble account, use the one on Airline. They are the ones that finally got the ball rolling to help me correct my bill.

I had a bad experience yesterday with no phone service and was not able to retrieve pin drop to oil rigs that I was servicing. I stopped by the T-Mobile store and a young lady by the name of Cat (Catalina I think is her actual name) helped me out. They were pretty busy but when she finally got to me,it only took her about 3 minutes to get my phone back to perfect running condition. Thank you so very much Cat and thank you T-Mobile

I don’t want a young lady named Sandra. She really helped me out to get my new iPhone 17 Pro Max now I will buy an Apple Watch and the earbuds in the next week or so she was very professional and I really appreciate it her help.

I walked into T-Mobile to get my phone accessories put on my phone .Brandy was supposed to assist me , she was well aware of my presence instead chose to ignore me ( I didn’t know that ) i waited 2,5 hours with no help from her ., she even helped another customer who came wayyyy after me . To my avail a young lady Arlene app me and asked me if I had been helped I said no . She willingly assisted me .Thanks Arlene !!!
