Went in for an item their website stated they had in stock, they didn’t have it, no problem there, website stock and actually inventory vary. Problem is the rude lady at the counter. Waited till she finished with the customer in front of me and walked up to the counter and simply showed her a photo from their website and and if she could point me in the direction to where this item might be. Her response was a look of disgust and complete annoyance and a sarcastic "what", then told me to ask another person. The other person was just as unpleasant as the first one. Customer service, or lack of it is what causes people to not shop local. I’d steer clear of this place.

Great store!! Owners are so kind and involved in the community, please shop here before Home Depot, they have what you need and the staff to help you find it.

June 21st, I had two RV keys copied by two ladies behind the counter, they were very professional and experts in customer service. Will definitely recommend to others and will become a regular customer.

They held on to my truck for 2 days saying they were working on it just to find the issue. On day 2 I drove by and my truck was just sitting in the parking lot. It was till I called them they said I had a cracked head gasket and tried to get me to buy a whole new engine for $8000. I took it to another mechanic who fixed the issue in 10 minutes and still no cracked head gasket!!! I can’t believe someone would just lie like that

After trying two other places I was able to get house keys replicated. Service was great, prices reasonable, and the keys actually worked when I got home.

My walk behind trimmer mower lost a bolt for the muffler. Went in and immediately got help from the service desk, located to the right when you walk in the door. He came out to the car and looked at it and knew what I needed right away. He found the bolt in the back and another guy found a nut. Only took about 5 minutes total. I paid at the register in the front by the door and was out the door with the part to fix my mower. Only cost $3.55.
