So first of all, I used to get my batteries here for my truck and family cars, but now I'm not. I bought a battery 3 years ago. I've been having issues with my truck and going to different mechanics. They told me that the battery is failing. So I called this place because it was under warranty and drove there too. The warranty was over in July 2025. They checked the battery but only the voltage, and they said it was good. Now it's September, and the battery isn't working no more. I needed to get a new battery somewhere else and pay around $350. Also, when I took it in June, the warranty sticker was on there. When I was removing the battery to get new one. I notice that the warranty sticker was removed. I recommend not going here

Funny story about how I discovered this place. I was on the phone with Autozone and he had me on speaker as he was asking me questions about my truck and what type of battery I was looking for. When all of a sudden a fellow customer who overheard my conversation with rep. Says, "you wanna go to battery mart in Costa Mesa bro, save yourself a ton of money". I was like who was that , rep says it’s just a guy trying to help you. So I hung up the phone and headed their way after looking them up. I grew up in Costa Mesa so I knew exactly where they were. Don and his guys helped me out. Got me In and out in under 10 mins. If you need a battery. Go there. You will thank me and anyone else who mentioned them to you later. I was able to save over $100 for a battery that does the exact same job as the $325 dollar one Auto zone was trying to sell me. Installed. I’m glad I found them. Also, they have been there for 40+ years. So I think they know what they are doing

Great experience at Battery Mart! They had the exact battery I needed in stock, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Their prices were also much cheaper than other auto parts stores in the area. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a new battery! Pros: Quick service, competitive prices

This place is great! A little confusing to find the entrance (it's the driveway on the left.) but you'll forget about that when you get your dead battery removed and a low cost brand new battery installed in minutes! Very fast and friendly service; I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new battery on the double!

This place is awesome!! Came in for a new battery and they switched it out and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and the price was great too!
