She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process quick, smooth, and stress-free. I really appreciated how thorough and kind she was throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend this location to my friends and family — and be sure to ask for Christina when you visit!

Christine and her staff at extra space storage are amazing!! They are so helpful and truly go above and beyond for us tenants. Every time I need help, or even just a hand with something , they’re always willing to jump in and help out. I truly love this facility, and our neighboring tenants are also very nice and respectful. We never have any issues with our space, and the property is always well maintained and cleaned. Our experience has been a definite 10/10! Safe, secure and very professional staff!

Christine and the rest of the staff at this location are true professionals. I just acquired a second unit, and just as with the first unit, the process was fast and flawless. Extremely clean and secure facility, with access hours that are among the best in the business. Onsite staff super helpful and always answers phone. Facility well-kept. Moving is such a pain and having to move suddenly is much worse but being able to get a storage unit so quickly and having it be so affordable makes all the difference! Had the most seamless and friendly experience with Anna at Extra Space Storage. This was my first time shopping for a storage space and Anna was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me plenty of options to make the best decision. I had my very own storage space within 20 mins it was so easy. Thank you to Anna and her team, i feel in great hands.

Excellent service. I filled out a form online to reserve a unit and immediately got called by Emily. I drove over and she showed me a few units to compare before I made my selection. She was super knowledgeable and a way better experience overall coming from another storage unit company.

BEWARE: It’s bait and switch + my unit was broken into/robbed! I got my unit and they raise your rent every 3 months like clockwork. After 6 months you "qualify" for a new discounted rate, but you have to change units. Keep in mind I’ve been a customer for quite some time and it just goes up and up and up. Started at $62, then it went up to $110, and then $127. At that point the facility was broken into and units were robbed (including mine). They literally got broken into and robbed — my unit was broken into and possessions were stolen. I never heard anything from them. No update, no apology, nothing. In order to use their "insurance" I had to somehow show receipts/proof of what was in my storage and file a police report. Given there were tons of personal items that I’ve had for years, there was no way for me to prove what was in there. So, I lost it all. They moved me to a smaller unit for $75/month… 3 months later and I got the notice in the mail that it’s $140/month now. Essentially a 100% increase for a unit that’s half the size of my original unit, yet somehow more expensive. I would consider their business model to be the lowest of the low. It’s predatory at best.
