NAPA Auto Parts - Raps Auto Parts Supply

I drive past half a dozen other stores to do business here. They have knowledgable staff and a great inventory. When they don't stock inventory but have it in a nearby warehouse it's often available within a couple hours. The parts quality is better than the competition, too, which gives me peace of mind when I sell NAPA parts to a client. These guys aren't one of the "fast food" parts shops, they are true automotive (and beyond) parts professionals.

Wouldn't let me return an unopened item 2 days after I purchased it when no one told me this at time of purchase. Taking my business elsewhere in the future

Needed a battery. They had one ready and charged. I got money for my dead battery return and a veteran's discount. Can't beat that.

I love NAPA stores specially this store. Everybody here has a positive Attitude, a friendly way to take care of costumers . They really undertand that being nice to people makes a big diference. Thanks guys keep up the good energy.

Just wanted to write a review about the excellent service I received at the your Cranston store. After going to two other competitors stores and getting no help with finding the part I was looking for I stopped in to your Cranston NAPA store. The person behind the counter who said his name was Dave was very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable and spent the time to help me find the part I was looking for and gave me some great trips on how to install it. It's not everyday you get great customer service and have someone go out of their way to help like Dave did...I'd recommend friends to visit this Napa store.

10/10 service. More expensive then most parts stores, but you get that personal touch. Darren was extremely helpful on the phone, and Nate not only was a great help in the store but he also carried the parts out to my car. If you need anything automotive including advice on repairs just ask for Nate or Darren.
