Safe and secure 24hr access drop yard with bathrooms, showers, and laundry. The overall layout and road conditions on the property is better than most. It's big, so parking is easy. There are lots of rules to follow. Be prepared for that.

Haven't been here since 2017 and must say they improved some of the rank potholes, but the actual lot is about the same. It's an absolute circus of trailers and dust! However one will never lack for reading material as there are about four thousand posted signs instructing you on everything from liability claims to proper eating habits, ( lol). There's not a shower or vending machine as before, but the security appears good. Be prepared to wash your truck in the summer as the dust is impressive here! The lot is located in the extreme rear of this property, look for the guard shack and your on the right track. Have your ID ready to enter and exit, no exceptions. Lastly, this is still a extremely bad neighborhood. Use caution and be aware of your surroundings, even driving in a semi. Bring food with you if you plan to sleep here and stay in your truck. I wouldn't recommend this as a great overnight stay, especially for the lady drivers out there.

This was my first time parking there and honestly I was a bit fidgety at first but like they say never judge a book by it cover. This is actually a great place to park your truck or trailer. The security is phenomenal guard stops you at the entrance and exit. You have to give him your licenses going in and out of the facility. Which is great because that is how he logs your equipment in and out of their system. They have a patrolling guard driver around to make sure no one touches your equipment, in addition to there gates have barb wire . There is also a tire repair and driver lounge on site. Pricing was fair it’s 27.06 a day (that was including taxes). If you don’t mind a dirt road this is definitely the place to park.

Security was very patience And the guy that escorted me towards where to park my trailer seemed he was having a great day. Just drive slow road might not be the best but parking is the best place around and good price for too.

Hard to find if you have never been here before. When you get close, look for the Pick-n-Pull business sign and turn in there. Small road on the right hand side leads to the guard house. Very secure as others have said. Drivers lounge with bathrooms, vending machines on site. Convenience store across the road from entrance. A few delivery options for pizza/Chinese are available....guard has info. Dirt lot like any other, so of it rains, you are going to deal with muddy holes. All in, I am very satisfied with this business.

This is top flight security .. They have guards and cameras all over... And regularly patrol the grounds.. And best of all they have a driver's brake room with clean bathrooms and a pop machine, they just installed a big water machine as well..

Prime driver here 4 star for some pothole in the yard Besides that overally good Guard are nice and secured area They have bathroom next to guard shack.
