Olivia in accounts receivable was extremly rude. I call to request a copy of a receipt for some batteries that were purchaed in january and paid over the phone at the time of payment i had ask for a copy via email but it was never sent and that is why I had to call. When i explain to her she was very rude she did not even bother to ask for my account or anything allshe said was that i need to submit the request via email and if i wanted the email or not. To be in accounts receivable you have to have certain manners with the customers which clearly she did not have.

battery bought here was not working had one year warranty left on it, i called they told me to bring it in to check it. they told me they were gonna charge it for 24hrs to make sure it was good. i left the battery called next day was told it was ready that it was good, i drive 30 miles so they can tell me it wasnt ready that i will have go back the next day. decided to just take the battery back with me. waste of time and gas. if they didnt want to honor their warranty they could of just told me since the beggining i wouldnt of bothered to make 2 trips for nothing. dont shop here, they didnt even apologized just stood there quite like idiots

I have been buying batteries here for years. Top quality,great warranty.I usually opt for their rebuilt batteries they are like brand new and last just as long for a fraction of the price. Absolutely the best bang for the buck for a good reliable battery,
