Fast, professional, and knowledgeable service! Stopped in after experiencing a dead battery and they were able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Great price point also.

I have bad batteries on 10/24 less than one year from this interstate even after they not working and I have the warranty they will try not give you replacement even after he tested still say bad and he keep going. They are good poor customer service very poor don’t trust their warranty they will start yelling and act crazy when they know you are right

I came her to return a battery that was tested and was told it was no good. I called customer service and I was told I would get a refund for the battery. I returned the old battery to the store and when I came inside I was told they don’t do battery refunds but customer service said different. I called customer service back only to be told to exactly what the store said they only replace not refund. The store reps don’t seem very helpful in customer service. I had DIFFY come and install but when I show my receipt they said DIFFY is not interstate but customer service says otherwise. I would not recommend. I ended up recycling the battery.

Everyone there was arrogant. Gary Robinson had an attitude from the very beginning. Bought a $275 battery. Best they had for my vehicle and they didn't even want to walk it out of the store to my car 15 ft away. Poor customer service. I miss the old crew that not only brought the battery in but also walked it out for you. I purposely chose these guys based on my previous customer service interactions. They got my repeat business. I was treated with so much attitude I sat in my car thinking about returning my brand new battery for the dealership that was $15.00 cheaper (same warranty). Horrible experience. I won't be using this location. The batteries are great though. Update: should have went to Walmart. Same battery specs, $100 cheaper with a 4 year warranty. That's 1 year long than interstate battery.

I had a battery replaced at Christensen Tire & Automotive at 1407 E Belt Line Rd, Richardson, TX 75081 on December 2020. They put in an Interstate battery that had a 2-year warranty. I had problems with the battery not staying charged and I had it tested and it was bad. Christensen Tire & Automotive tried to charge me $178.59 for a new battery that was still under warranty. DO NOT GO TO Christensen Tire & Automotive because they will try to sell you snake oil and rip you off. They were going to get a new battery from Interstate Battery at no cost to them because the battery was under warranty and charge me for it. That is very deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTENSEN TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE AT 1407 E BELT LINE RD, RICHARDSON, TX 75081. I came to Interstate Battery and showed my receipt from when I purchased it from Christensen Tire & Automotive (2020) and Interstate Battery told me it was still under warranty and that there would be NO charge for the battery. Pete was very helpful along with the other gentleman that tested my battery. They were both friendly and gave great customer service! I recommend coming to Interstate Battery for your battery needs. I'm not sure why there are all these negative comments about not getting a new battery that is under warranty. There are always two sides to a story. I never had a problem and I had a wonderful experience. Thank you. Incredibly poor customer service. After buying batteries for all my cars and even my generator I had one go bad. Went to warranty and was told since it was installed on a generator it only had a one year warranty instead of the normal warranty which I was not informed of when I purchased. So don't waste your time with this junk just go to Walmart you will likely get better customer service too.

I had a tire blowout and pulled into a parking lot next to this Interstate Battery store. After changing my tire, I noticed the spare tire was deflated. I asked the gentleman in Interstate if they had a portable air compressor. Without hesitation, he lent me their compressor, and soon I was back on the road. Service. His kindness and willingness to help me was amazing! Thank you again for helping out a stranger with your exceptional act of kindness.
