Handy Storage Dania Beach

I’ve been a tenant here for over 4 years, and unfortunately my experience with the property manager, Tyesha, has been very disappointing. She has provided misleading information and shown very poor customer service. Having worked in customer service myself, I know the importance of professionalism and respect, and sadly, this has not been my experience with her. Because of the way management is handled, I feel very uncomfortable dealing with her. I truly believe the company should hire qualified individuals who can properly assist tenants and maintain a positive environment. This property has potential, but the management needs serious improvement.

Excellent storage! Quick check-in, clean, safe, and convenient. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable place to store their belongings!

I just have to say this is like the best storage experience I've ever had in my life and I've had a couple as I was a military wife for a long time. I live out of town and I came into town to switch storage units and Tyesha there is the best. This move from one unit to the next was perfect and she was there every step of the way in case that I needed something. Best storage in Dania or Hollywood or Fort Lauderdale or Miami area. Always a great time when I'm in town. God bless them they're the best

When I walked into the handy storage I’m not going to lie I was a little bit disappointed but Tee was absolutely amazing , understanding and extremely patient . You don’t find enough people that actual really care about the people and the job
