Self Park FLL Economy Airport Parking Lot

I received an email on 8/29/25 stating that the lot will be closed until further notice. I managed to get in contact with the GM to inquire about my refund for an upcoming reservation, he stated he will be working on all refunds this week (starting 9/2/25). In addition, I asked when will the lot be open again, he answered, "it won't be open for a long, long time." I have been a customer of Self Park FLL for years, I am going to miss this parking lot. Update: 9/3/25 A refund was issued for my reservation.

If I could give a zero review I would. We drove to this location and it is closed. Out of business. October 3 2025. All gates were locked with chains. We walked around and asked one person from a near by business, and they said haven’t seen anyone. No shuttles ever came by. We waited 30minutes on the street calling and on hold. No one picked up. If you email, it comes back as not deliverable. Eventually we had to leave and pay full price at the airport for parking or we would have missed our flight. This is a SCAM!!! Do not use. We have disputed all charges with our credit card company. Yes- we had the correct address, phone number and email- all were on a confirmation email. Can’t say this enough- the are closed- do not use

BEWARE!!! I arrived at Self Park FLL this morning at 8:20 AM after making a reservation with them about a month ago, and there were no cars in the parking lot, the gate was closed, and all signs have been removed. I tried calling them and was on hold before I had no choice but to leave or else I was worried I’d miss my flight. I did not receive a E-mail stating any updates on what’s been going on but this location has closed and I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I've been a loyal and satisfied customer of Self Park FLL for the past four years, and I can’t say enough great things about their service. I always reserve one of their convenient carports, and working with Peter has been an absolute pleasure. He consistently goes above and beyond, most recently, he personally delivered my phone after I accidentally left it in my car. That kind of care and attentiveness is rare and so appreciated. Peter and the entire Self Park FLL team are incredibly professional, courteous, and hard-working. They are truly an outstanding group of people. Their dedication to excellent customer service is clear in everything they do. I’m grateful for their reliability, kindness, and commitment to taking care of their customers. Highly recommend!

Normally I give SelfParkFLL 5 Stars, however, not today. For the last 2 years I have been using them consistently once or twice a month. I made a reservation to park my vehicle several weeks ago as I always do. On the day I was suppose to park my vehicle at 2:00p, I received an e-mail at 8:58AM that my reservation was cancelled with no explanation. At first I thought this was an error. Due to time restraints, I had no choice but to park at the airport which cost me a lot more money. I finally learned after making several calls the lot was under construction. It is now posted on their website, however, that day it was not. I understand them closing, but to notify me on the day I was suppose to park was a great inconvenience. I'm sorry to say poor management on their part. Of course I tried reaching out to the company with no return calls, e-mails or apology.

I always use Self Park FLL. Today when I arrived back from New York, my car battery was completely dead. The driver who picked me up from the airport helped me jump start my car and wouldn't even accept an additional tip. This is a professional and courteous business, and I appreciate my driver Jermaine very much! True gentleman and always a great experience here.

I appreciate the great service I received from Self Park FLL. It is affordable, staff are really nice, and shuttle bus turn around time is good. I good picked up from airport in less than 20 min. I recommend it and will use it again when needed.
