Jon was an angel, super sweet and helpful. If my car had to be towed, I'm glad it was with Superior Towing, they are just that....SUPERIOR!!!!! Danny did something I’ve never seen from a tow operator: he **found a way forward**. Instead of piling on more obstacles, he showed real flexibility and compassion, he got a disabled and vulnerable mans transportation released and delivered straight to the dealership for repair. If you're reading this? You know the tow industry doesn't have a heart like A Superior has. If you’re unfortunate enough to need a tow or an impound release, you want to deal with people like this. Danny and his staff gave us more than a car back — they gave a sick man a measure of independence and dignity at a moment when it was most needed.

I wanted to leave a review to recognize the professionalism and attention to service I received from Superior Towing. My car broke down on the side of the road, and I initially contacted a different tow company. After waiting two hours with no response or arrival, I decided to call Superior Towing instead. That’s when I spoke with Kiana. She was polite, knowledgeable, and eager to help. She quickly dispatched a tow truck to my location, and it arrived within 20 minutes, much faster than the original company I had called. On top of that, Superior Towing’s rates were actually more affordable. I’m extremely grateful for the service they provided. I know towing isn't an easy job, but their team made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The driver who arrived was also very kind, helpful, and reassuring. Thank you again, Superior Towing. Superior Towing came to my rescue after a flat on 595! They answered right away and gave me a very reasonable price for the service. Tony arrived about a hour later and was amazing! Very professional yet also very friendly. He gave me some safety tips to remember should I get another flat or breakdown in the future on a busy highway. He expertly loaded my SUV onto the truck and took the same care to unload it once we got to my address. Overall, a great experience with Superior Towing!

When my wife’s car broke down on the Florida Turnpike, she was stuck in traffic and scared. After AAA failed to respond promptly, I called the highway patrol, who dispatched Superior Towing. Scott arrived within 30 minutes, but by then AAA had finally contacted us. Though we canceled the tow (which would’ve cost over $300) to use AAA’s free service, Scott went above and beyond by parking his truck behind my wife’s car to keep her safe from traffic until AAA arrived.
