Atlantic Armor Impact Windows & Doors

We met with a few different companies about upgrading to impact windows and doors, but once we went to the Atlantic Armor showroom and met Melissa, we knew we were in good hands. She was super helpful, took the time to walk us through all the options, and explained the differences in a way that made sense. The next day John came by our house and he was great. He really knew his stuff and gave us suggestions we hadn’t even thought of, which made a big difference in both the look and function of our home. We did a full walk-through of every window and door, went over measurements, and really appreciated his expertise and close attention to detail to make sure everything would work perfectly for us. When it came time for installation, Kris and the rest of the crew were awesome. They were so nice, tidy, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It made the whole experience stress-free. It’s been a couple of months since the windows/doors went in and we’re so happy with both the look and quality. Atlantic Armor delivered on everything they promised, and we highly recommend them to anyone considering upgrading their home.

Amazing. Could not believe how simple it was from start to finish. Doors are beautiful. Cris and his installation team went above and beyond. I couldn’t believe all Chris did after the doors were installed to make sure the finish product was clean and beautiful including some dry wall repairs. Excellent crew. So so happy we went with them!!!!

I’ve worked with a bunch of contractors across a variety of different projects and usually end up having to get involved and chase to get things done correctly. This is the total opposite experience as with Atlantic Armor, I let them do their thing and it has truly been an amazing and refreshing experience. John is a consummate professional, incredibly detailed oriented and has a desire to do things well. Kris was on site every day making sure things were executed efficiently and properly. And Ariel and his team did an amazing job with the install and tidy up. I knew when getting quotes from 5 different parties that I wanted Atlantic Armor straight away after meeting John but assumed pricing would get in the way… but they were the best price for the best product and the best workmanship. I am beyond happy with the service and products John provided! Having worked with different companies on window installations in the past, I can honestly say John was absolutely the best. I’m very detail-oriented when it comes to my home and expect things to be done perfectly. John’s knowledge and expertise were 100%. His measuring process alone took three full hours — I’ve never seen anyone take that much time to measure so precisely. That level of care ensured all the windows and doors were manufactured to the exact sizes I needed, avoiding unnecessary chipping or adjustments. What impressed me just as much was the way John took the time to explain every window and door option, making sure the process was about what I wanted and needed as the customer. He asked questions, listened, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. From the first day I met him until the final inspection, he was available for all my questions and concerns. John’s team is equally amazing. Each person specializes in what they do best, and it shows in the results. The stucco work was flawless, and the care they took in covering my windows and floors was exceptional. The way John runs his business is a great example for others to follow. Atlantic Armor Impact Windows & Doors was great from start to finish. From the first consultation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and very patient walking me through the options and process. (first time getting windows and doors). The install went smooth. Atlantic Armor noticed one of the screens wasn't perfect from factory, so they ordered another. When it came in, they sent someone out to replace. The inspection process was quick and painless. We are happy with our choice and would recommend Atlantic Armor as great choice for windows and doors.

We highly recommend Atlantic Armor. John is very professional and kind. He explains everything in great detail and has the answers to all your questions. Chris is amazing. He was with us every step of the way and over saw all the work. All their guys were very nice and even though you will get dust (mostly from doors and sliders) they do a great job at cleaning up. We got the bronze doors and windows and they usually do white caulking on the interior side, Chris redid our whole house with bronze caulk. They all look incredible and we are very happy with the product and the service. Thank you to their whole team!

We couldn’t be happier that we selected Atlantic Armor to install hurricane impact windows. The entire process was professionally managed and well communicated. The pricing was fair and well worth the extremely high quality of work that was provided. I had anticipated my home to be array in construction but each window was compartmentalized with plastic from floor to ceiling and replaced without impacting the rest of the household. Everyday the fellas cleaned up before leaving even though they were returning the next day. We also needed a small amount of leak repair and they were able to make those repairs also.
