Randy is very knowledgeable and does great work. I met Randy a couple years ago. My RV was at the storage yard in Shawnee. I thought I had cross threaded my anode rod. I was panicked. I call him and he came right away and installed my anode rod. Turns out, I hadn’t messed it up. Oh, and fair pricing. Give him a call for peace of mind.

Randy was a godsend! He took me on last second and even managed to work me in early before the freeze. He was very thorough with my winterization and made sure to do it the right way. He also taught me a lot about my camper, was incredibly professional, and gave me tips for doing maintenance in the Spring.

I would highly recommend Sunflower RV Services and Randy to anyone needing help with their RV. He was very helpful and did everything he could to help diagnose the problem before replacing it. Our AC wasn't working and he thoroughly went through everything and come to find out it was a small fuse in the control box that was a cheap and easy fix. Thank you, Randy, for making the trip out and getting us back up and running quickly.

1st time call to Sunflower Mobile RV. We had just bought a 2021 Entegra and had issues with the black tank flush and also needed to learn more about our RV. Randy was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to replace the back flow valve, set up a repeater for my internal TST system, added Freon to engines AC and did a roof inspection. (He saw small areas and he took pics of and then sealed them better.) Over the 2.5 hr period that he spent working on the RV he answered all my questions, and educated me on things ranging from what is the first thing to look for if the Norcold hot water heater quit working to he what to do if the slides happen to not function correctly and we needed to manually put them in. As we talked I requested he send me pics of the items we talked about do so I could start becoming more knowledgeable of our RV. The bill for the 2.5 hrs was very reasonable. The next day Randy asked to come back to ck the roof. He said that the roof sealant needed 4-5 hrs to set. We had a small rain after he applied it and felt he needed to be sure it was still in good shape. It was. I was impressed with his thoughtfulness and pride he took in his job! Randy deserves a 5 star. He made me comfortable, fixed the initial problem and provided additional help and support. (On issues he did not know he provided the who and where I could find the answers.) That’s amazing!

Fantastic and prompt service over a weekend even!!!! AC and thermostat not working, and Randy troubleshooted and diagnosed and came to a conclusion which solved the problem. Not an easy task considering today’s digital and complicated electronics. Highly recommend! Great work Randy!!!
