My moving experience with Brown Box Movers was excellent! Nick, Dylan and K took good care of all of my furniture as if they were moving their grandmother's cherished items! They were kind and helpful and never stopped until they were done. I feel it was fairly priced. The young lady Chanedra was so very kind and helpful! She was spot on with all of her info. No surprises! I would recommend Brown Box Movers to anyone looking for a Moving company. Thanks to all of them!

The Brown Box Movers team was awesome. They were very careful with everything. I was impressed how well they packed and protected all furniture including corners of walls to prevent damage. It was great having them handle the disassembly and assembly of the larger items. Everyone was polite and they were very efficient. I'll definitely recommend to any friends or family if the situation arises they need a mover.

Brian and his crew at Brown Box were awesome. Super friendly, efficient, and just easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up on time, got right to it, and finished way ahead of the schedule we expected. Everything was handled carefully, with zero stress on our end. If every move went this smoothly, I would never dread moving day.

Had a great experience with Tracy in getting us set up and in properly preparing the crew for our situation. She was always a delight, and the admin side of this whole experience was smooth and wonderful. On moving day itself, the Brown Box moving crew was absolutely brilliant!!! They were 4 simply amazing young men. Exactly on time, super communicative - they worked together wonderfully; they worked incredibly hard, did absolutely anything we asked, they were really thoughtful and careful about everything they did; they were even wildly patient with our very senior dog. He's about 127 in 'people years', stone cold deaf, and they were still very kind and understanding towards him (and us!) We had a strange situation - moving to the house "next door", out in the woods, carrying crazy heavy furniture - without many tools because they were going up hills and down a gravel path. They did a staggering amount of very hard work in very hot late-July North Texas temperatures, and still they were just wonderful humans. Thank you for sending such a fantastic team.
